We rented a car for 3 days, they gave us a higher category car, Gerardo looked after us and made everything very clear and quick. We had no problems at all. And to return the car super fast, not even 5 minutes and straight to the airport. Thank you very much. If I come back to Malaga I will come back to Malagacar.

Wish I could give 0 stars because that’s what they deserve, absolutely disgusting service. Alberto the manager is so rude and unhelpful he shouldn’t be working there. We have been with Malaga car for months, for one week we have been trying to renew and pay our car they sent the WRONG link which didn’t even work!! So how are we suppose to pay?? No body answered the phone or WhatsApp. We went to get a new car and the girl who works there was like a zombie so rude and wouldn’t help us, aswell as the manager ALBERTO what kind of manager is rude to customers? Disgusting service I will be making a formal complaint and posting to all social media.

This company is top of top service, quality and price. I visited malaga in october and booked a car at malagacar.com. From the reception to the return no problem, the car is new and clean. The staff was very nice.

25min for 1st shuttle and then we don’t even get on it ! Never again !

I have been using the service for several years and have never had a problem. I would highlight the simplicity of the service. The best thing is that you don't need a credit card and they don't charge for the refuelling services. Everything very fast. Very happy with the service and will continue to use it.

Have just completed my 18th rental over the last 10-15 years. Once again , a good quality car with easy pick up process, sensible pricing with no hidden extras and very pleasant staff.

Having been disappointed with the standard of service on collection and the quality of the car provided do you have any intention of replying to the emailed comments I made in relation to my booking reference 1303333. The car was nowhere near full on collecting and dropped by an eight within 9km of leaving the garage. I returned the vehicle full as per my VIP contract. The in shop service was not VIP with other people just randomly pushing in to get served. I am planning at least 3 visits next year and would like your feedback regarding the problem’s experienced on my last visit.

Thanks for contacting us. We are sorry if you were not happy the last time and the reason why we didn’t answer you before is because this is the first email we receive about the issue.
 
Since this year we have changed the system as we are improving every day so there is just 1 queue for everybody because the waiting time is minimum. Now we are having the customers details in advance in order to expedite the delivery process and this is being a success, said by a percentage of our clients close to 100%.
 
Anyway, I will check if something could have happened when you a picked up the car.
 
About the fuel, we are working with same-same fuel policy and not full-full and this is not new.

I have used Malagacar many times and have always been very happy with the service. I have used others and have to say after trying these other companies you soon realise Malagacar are a class above for service. I have never felt nervous about taking the car back at the end of rental when they start finding faults you may have missed at the start. Excellent service from Malagacar. 5 ⭐️

The best. Simple booking, shuttle waiting for you at the airport, warm welcome, nice clean car, practically new, and good all-inclusive price... Great experience to be repeated and recommended

Fantastic first experience with Malagacar. Efficient transport from and to the terminal, friendly and competent counter staff, easy and painless car return. My reluctance to go with an off-site operation was proven unfounded, and Malagacar will be my first choice from now on.
