I definitely recommend this company. We rented a car in June 2023, they picked us up from the airport and took us to the place where you get the car, we got the car quickly, the car was in excellent condition, it didn't cause any trouble during the entire rental period, even though we used it every day and for long distances. We returned it quickly and easily, the main thing is that the fuel level corresponds to the level with which you received the car. When returning the car, no one looked for new scratches or other malfunctions. No deposits. Good car rental company.

The takeover of the car was trouble-free. The car was almost new and in top condition. The return was very simple and quick. The waiting times for the transfers were a bit longer than expected, but on time.
With this experience, we would rent from malagacar again at any time. Thank you!

We rented a baby chair, and it was a disaster. They gave us an Isofix seat, which was broken, the baby fell forwards, and they did not know how to anchor it in the seat. We had to go back to the airport to change the chair, and no one there knew anything, nor did they place it in the seat. They are not approved, in addition to being dirty as hell. The car they gave us stalled all the time, we had to accelerate it to the fullest. Bad experience, I will not rent with Malagacar agai

We prefer Malagacar to others we have used over the last 8 years but….please get a system of numbered tickets for the queue…please!!!

Score 10 for both pick-up and drop-off. I didn't stay more than 5 minutes. No hidden fees or anything else to pay. I chose the full pack and had no additional costs.

Nota 10 atat la ridicare cat si la predare. Nu am stat mai mult de 5 minute. Fara taxe ascunse sau altceva de plata. Am ales pachetul full pack si nu am mai avut alte costuri suplimentari.

My plans have changed and I have tried to contact Malagacar 4 times to cancel my booking. However they won't confirm that my booking has been cancelled. Fortunately no credit card details have been taken so no loss is possible. If this is an example of their service how can you be sure a car will be available when you arrive?

Charged twice last year for car rental. Emailed straight away and called numerous times, never got a response. Went back this year when I was back in malaga and complained again. Finally got a response asking me for my bank details on 12/6/23 responded immediately with the requested details and I still have not received my money back. We are now back to radio silence from Malagacar. This has been a very unpleasant experience which is a shame as I have previously used them for years with no issues.

I have hired cars many times from Malagacar.com but my latest booking could well be my last time. The unparalleled chaos at Malaga airport waiting for the coach to take me to the office was so dire and so chaotic, it was farcical. There was no organisation at the airport therefore a total “free for all”, although there was a company representative at the airport, there didn’t seem to be any communication between the driver the office and him. Total shambles and standing in the midday sun for 40 minutes was not enjoyable. Then when we eventually get to the office yet another queue, at least they are a little more efficient there and we only waited about 20 minutes before I was shown the car and we were off. I’m sorry Mr malagacar.com you have probably lost my business. If you need someone to re-organise the terrible experience that so many people are having, then please contact me directly. You certainly will be needing a large flow of new unsuspecting customers because your old loyal customers will be leaving you in droves, if nothing changes.
