Disappointed to find that the window of our parked car was wound down, got stuck and left that way for us to drive home on a cold January night. Although the damage was by their staff on their premises, Malaga Cars had no interest in organising a repair. Had we been informed before we got back, we’d have arranged our own repair.
As it was we were unable to drive the car home as leaving it wide open outside our property would have been an invitation to have it stolen. Had to hire a car until we could locate a safe place to leave it until a repair could be done.
Staff were pleasant and did their best to help, but the owner refused to recognise the problem or offer any solution.

Hello everyone, I have booked a car with Malagacar a few times to my complete satisfaction. Now friends of ours also wanted to book a car and asked about liability insurance. I asked Malagacar about this and only get evasive answers, e.g. it's private, etc. That can't be the case. Does anyone have a similar experience or information?

You have taken money from my account, because I drove into Gibraltar to Europe's southernmost point and back the same day to Nerja.
But you have not sent a receipt for this transaction.
Personally, I think you were wrong to withdraw money from my account without notifying me. Example that we will withdraw from your account in 3 days - make sure that there is money in the account then.
