Booked for the second time now, great. Super friendly. Fast service on issue and hassle-free on return. And a great price. Again and again!

A 5-star car rental company. We travel to Malaga 3 times a year and switched to Malagacar a few years ago. The prices are very competitive, if not the best, the service is extremely reliable, 24 hours a day, and there is no high-pressure sales pitch at the desk to take out insurance you don't need--just quickly in and out! Our last visit was to be for 23 days. Two days after picking up our car we learned we needed to return home to the USA because of a family emergency. We returned the car with 20 days left. We received a full, prorated refund, and the gentleman checking us in volunteered to immediately drive us to the Malaga train station ( we needed to train to Madrid to get our flight home). Wonderful service!!

Of my previous car rental companies, Malagacar was the best. Easy pickup and return, vehicle (Toyota Hybrid) in very good condition. Shuttle service to the airport was immediate. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I have booked Malagacar nearly 20 times and until yesterday had a positive experience. When I arrived I arrived on 20th January 2023, at 22.00, I was the first person, there were no staff or customers in the office . Later some other customers arrived but I was first person in the queue and I had a "Full Pack" reservation which has a separate dedicated desk, So while I stood at this "Full Pack" desk, 2 staff members arrived, they started serving others, one of the staff said they are now only serving in the normal desks. They started serving all the others even though I was actually the FIRST person in the queue. There were no signs or information in the office. While this caused a few minutes delay to me, the attitude and careless manner of one staff member who was dismissive when I told him why did he not ask who was first and serve according to arrival time. they served two other customers before me but he claimed it was only 20 seconds delay so why should | complain? Malagacar gives good cars at a fair price, customer service has always been excellent until this incident-please do not let your staff spoil your good reputation.

Excellent car rental, always without problems and always transparent. No rip-offs and no tedious negotiations about insurance and still reasonably priced. If it stays that way, I'll be happy to come back again and again.

Have booked again with Malagacar.com for March they are the best company to hire from. You cannot beat the service from pickup to drop off and we would not consider using any other company.

HE LLAMADO 2 DIAS ANTES DE volar y queria hacer una reserva para parking dejar mi coche como otras veces ahi y como se hace falta reservar en verano siendo invierno llame para ver si habia que hacer lo mismo y me dijeron que no Hacia falta .Recalque que llegatia sobre 6.30 de la Mañana y Aun asi me dijeron no hay problemas Cuando llego me atendio un Sr Muy desagradable .Me dijo que si no tenia reserva me ponian el coche connParking interior Dije que habia Llamado y explique y el que no que nadie me podia decir eso Ademas que ellos pa 1 coche exterior nonivan a sdsplazarse a llevarlo a donde se aparca exterior qie debia pagar 40€ que es lo que me costaba interior A mucho hablar con enfrentamientos subidos de tono me dijo te doy este papel son 40 y ya vere si hablo con el jefe a ver que dice si es exterior seriab 24 pero el recibo te lo doy por 40€ pagaras a la vuelta en dependencia que diga el o a ver quien fue que te atendio.Suelo ser clienta de ustedes en RentA car que mi marido es quien reserva hace muchos años y en parking que aoy yo quien deja el coche t he venido otras veces sin reserva y me aceptan Yo no disponia de mucho tiempo para aventurarme a buscar otro lugar .pero sin duda alguna aprendere.Porque uno no se va a la 6 de la mañana a viajar para tener una persona con malas maneras tan temprano haciendo su trabajo.Y aprovechandose que no dispones de tiempo para aplicarte lantarufa maxima.

I came across this car rental company while searching for information (dining options, etc.) about Malaga. Found their information very useful and then realized that they also offer car rentals (had initially booked a rental through one of the larger US-based car rental companies). I'm so glad that I decided to cancel that rental and use MalagaCar.com for our rental. I booked a large 8 passenger van with and opted for the Full Pack Rate. It was an excellent decision as we could travel without having the stress of any damage to the rental. While the credit card does offer rental protection, it has been my experience that using this benefit overseas is rather convoluted and requires jumping through different hoops! Would very much recommend paying a few bucks more and obtaining the coverage through the rental company! I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the ease with which we were able to obtain the vehicle, upon arrival at the airport. A brief shuttle ride after collecting our bags to the rental location and we were driving off in about 15 mins. The vehicle was ready, clean, and in great shape (was relatively new). It was a pleasure to drive. The return was also quite seamless. Just a minor point - I recommend that detailed instructions be provided at the time of the rental that includes the address or the GPS coordinates for returning the vehicle to the rental location. All in all, extremely delighted with our experience!

I just want to say, as always superb service and very hi standard in every way. From booking of car to return shuttle on my way home. Muchas gracias amigos!
