It says that cancellation is free, but there is neither a button to do it directly nor a response from support. We sent the cancellation request to support 4 and then 1 week ago; so far no answer. The amount has been charged though.

I have hired cars with many companys but Malagacar.com is the best by far. Get the fullpack option, pick up you car in minutes and off you go. Upon return, hand over the keys and be on your way - easy as that. Absolutely amazing experience - thank you so much, wonderful people, great cars, great price, AMAZING SERVICE.

1st class service. The pick-up from the airport can get crowded at busy times. However, this just a sign of Malagacar’s success. I have always found the pick up and drop of service excellent. The price for a full service rental is reasonable and their customer service is excellent. No long waits on hold. The call is answered quickly and dealt with efficiently.
