Excellent service. Reliable shuttle bus in both directions. Reasonably priced car. Absolutely no hard sell to buy insurance or upgrade car on collection. Will certainly use malagacar.com next time we hire a car at Malaga airport.

Been using Malagacar for years. Never ever had any issue whatsoever with them. Very professional, efficient and good value.

Cannot praise this business enough, rapid allocation of cars and transfers to airport. No messing with full tanks of fuel etc. Would 100% recommend

Having had an horrendous experience last year renting a car at Malaga airport we took a recommendation to use MalagaCar this year. What a difference!! Everything went smoothly with booking and when we arrived at the airport the transfer was simple and very timely. At the office it couldn’t have been more professional but alongside that everyone seemed friendly and really couldn’t do enough for people. I would definitely use them again, prices for all inclusive a little high but nothing like the way we were ripped off last year!!

Overall we are satisfied with MALAGACAR’s services. But the waiting time upon arrival for the shuttle was long — almost 30 minutes. Once at the counter, quick service and car was provided promptly. Very efficient service. Similarly on return. The negative aspect of the rental concerns the scooters we rented. Quite dirty. Do not work properly and are dangerous. One of the two wasn’t powerful enough to go uphill — had to push it manually! The accelerator stayed stuck when released — dangerous. The brake remained engaged when used, making the scooter difficult to move and draining the battery uselessly. On the other scooter, only one of the three screws holding the mudguard (which functions as a brake) was in place. It was loose and eventually fell off; I had to buy screws and a wrench to reattach it! Also a lot of play in the handlebars on both scooters. Not reassuring. I already sent a message 3 days ago to report these issues but have not received a reply.

Simply the best car hire company in Spain. Uncomplicated and fair. Very good service.

Highly recommend!! I shopped around and Malagacar.com had the best deal by far for my long term rental (21/2 months). Fully insured! A good thing it was, as I backed into a post two days after renting the car (first accident in fifty years of driving). I called to report, and they said no problem - nor was it when I brought the car back. Overall, great price, great service, great people working there, airport shuttle. One if the best experiences I have had with a rental - I will be back!!

Never again. Paid extra for top package for convertible car. They never received/acknowledged any of my emails. Took ages to collect car (no designated counter as described) long queue. Poor man serving us was working his fingers to the bone and highly stressed. Car was dirty. Convertible roof didn't work for 3 of the 7 days. They refused to reimburse any of my payment. Sent about 5 emails before they replied. Disgusting attitude. Will never use this company ever again. Centauro have always been good. We'll go back to them in future.

We have been coming here for years, after having less than optimal experiences with other providers, and we have always been very happy with the service and choice of cars. We are writing this review because Bilal deserves a special mention, he went above and beyond to accommodate us on the week of our wedding.
