Can't fault MalagaCar.com at all. We would recommend this company to anyone who wants a reliable hire car with fantastic customer service for their holiday. We hired a car from MalagaCar.com earlier this year. We had problems with our airline and missed the connection from London to Malaga. We were supposed to collect the car early afternoon, and contacted the office to advise that we were still making our way but would be unsure what time we would arrive. They said that they would wait for us to arrive. Due to the route we had to take we did not arrive at MalagaCar.com until almost 11pm. There were two members of staff who waited for us. We were picked up at the airport and taken to the office. Our car was waiting for us on arrival and after a few minutes taking details etc. we were on our way. The staff at MalagaCar.com were very friendly, very courteous and extremely helpful. Their service was second to none. It was the first time that we had used MalagaCar.com to hire a car and we will not hesitate to use them again. We couldn't be more pleased with the service that we received from this company. Thank you.

The representative was not easy to find in the airport and when we did find her we were given a number on a ticket. We reached the pick up point and the ticket was collected but not looked at so i cant see the point of that. Service and speed of the staff was excellent. Which is why we are using them again in august. Wonderful company

Hello, I am going to rent a car from Malagacar in September. I wanted to ask how the process works at 11:00 PM. Is there someone personally on site? And how does communication work, in German? Best regards

After security control, one of our employees wearing an orange t-shirt will be waiting for you and will show you the way to our minibus that will take you to our office located 2 minutes away.

Our office staff speaks English, some also speak German.

In February and May, I rented a vehicle from you for a total of 6 weeks. I was very satisfied and everything went wonderfully from pickup to return. Keep it up.

Have hired cars from you for a number of years with excellent service and total satisfaction.However we hired a car which was group c from the 10th June until the 24th June only to find the air conditioning did not work properly as it just blew out warm air. It was hot and therefore very disappointing this time around

Thanks for your words. We are sorry the air conditioning was not working. Did not you call us? If a car is not working properly you can always change it and not wait when the rental period is finished.

Good day Senior Alberto. Customer No. 248650 With booking No. 782046 I booked Group D at a price of € 803.10 plus petrol. € 1100.00 was debited from the credit card. I have made more than 34 long-term bookings for over 10 years, and older cars are always offered to me. For example, in January an Auris with 79500 km in a desolate condition. I refused to accept it and had to wait a very long time for another vehicle. In May, an older car was offered to me again. I complained and was simply left standing until I got a flawless vehicle after a long time. Years of loyalty unfortunately no longer count. You informed me in 2015 that you would make a note in the system that I would receive newer cars for my long-term bookings. I now ask you to enter a note in my account for my further bookings. The cars are also not clean inside. However, you will receive every car back clean from me, as I live in Alcaucin and always clean the vehicle. I hope that I will be better served in the future, despite the strong rush. Best regards Clemens

We rented a BMW 216 Diesel for about €33 per day. I think it's a really good price!! Maybe we were lucky, but we got a new car that was really fun!! Economical in consumption, good for families (we were four), great air conditioning..:-). Since we got our luggage pretty quickly, we were the first to pick up, which took about 5 minutes, and it took more like 2 minutes to drop off. The credit card was charged correctly, so everything was great. Gladly again!!
