Communicated with Malaga Car for 2 weeks. On location we were told there was no car for me. They admit this was internal miscommunication and come WITHOUT A SOLUTION. No communication and VERY VERY poor service. UNFORTUNATELY!!

Hi ! I’m ten years renting from you and never a problem until this time. Paid Full Pack and paid €160 on 13-05.
I then saw a further €119.40 taken two days later.
I returned the car with a full tank and €87.40 was returned to my bank account. What is going on please ? I’ve written twice to carhire@malagacar.com without success.
To me that looks suspicious.

I think it’s outrageous that they charged me 13 € for fuel when in more than 30 reservations I’ve returned the tank fuller than when I picked it up and they didn’t refund me bads

After picked up the car 30/03/22 and was on my way to destination a warning popped up. I returned and they fixed the problem (air pressure in one wheel). But the problem was not fixed, I had to refill the wheel every third day during the rentalperiod for 42 days.
