Hello! Today we rent a Fiat 500 to day 17:27, contract 212125135 and the car wasn`t clean inside/outside. The seller clean the carpet in the car only in front. The rest of the car was not. T clean. The seet in back was sandy and dachboard was werry dusty. Outside not clean at all. The red sand is still there. We have to tell you that, and demands compensation on delivery. We shall rent for one month i july/august. Best reguards Solveig/Hans-Petter Wallin

We have been using Malaga Car Hire for over 10 years. Fantastic customer service. Bilal couldn't have been more helpful - a credit to the company. We'll be back again in a few months and won't hesitate to return to malaga car. Can't recommend them enough.

I rented a car from 02 to 09 May 2022 and it was the first time I rented a car with this company. It was very professional, comfortable and fast, it will not be the only time I rent a car with them. We have been very happy with the treatment given and I would like to point out that they have very good prices. Thank you for the services provided.

This is a rental company I can recommend to anyone. I have rented a car from them several times. Very friendly staff, perfect service and communication. Malagacar.com really delivers what they promise. Other companies should take this as an example.

I take it all back,on a previous post I was frustrated that I had been ignored by customer service however unknown to myself the payment that I was overcharged had been repaid to my account so my confidence in malagacar is restored,and look forward to being back in there care for my car rental. One very small point an email letting me know would have been nice,once again thank you malagacar.

I have used Malaga cars for many years this time after 45 minutes it broke down it was replaced as I had and have always had the full pack . However when I checked my credit card they had taken a further 100euros without my knowledge,I queried it and was told it was my fault that it had the wrong fuel in it ,I pointed out that I received a full tank from them so not my fault I sent them several emails which they now ignore. So be warned keep an eye on what they do with your credit card information

Another five star rental. Excellent service from the check-in agent. Superb car. Simple return experience. I would like to thank the gentleman who I spoke to from the Departure terminal, on the telephone. I had left my glasses in the car and he very efficiently located them and dispatched them on the next shuttle bus. So I was reunited with them before my flight departed - another example of your excellent service!!

Excellent service, staff are professional, we had a very good experience with malagacar.com since 2002 (our first deal with them) hassle free no hidden surprise, very helpful. Try to join them and you will have discounts every time you hire a car.

Always fair friendly and easy 

Used Malagacar for many years now. Always friendly service and great cars. Not too sure about the new pickup point as bit of a cattle market. Also bit of wait in office this time and felt people were attended to before us. Queue was all mixed up. Still use them as sure they are the best
