Pick-up and return was quick and very uncomplicated. Price - performance of the contract - all inclusive - fit very well. Satisfied all round - happy to return.

Hired a car for 8 days in Sep 22. Got a good price on a "full pack" package for a car. We arrived at the airport on an early Sunday flight hoping it would be less busy but not to be. The airport was very busy and the queue for the car hire was long. The queue was very well managed - despite some customers - and we only had to wait approx 20 minutes before our transit to the car hire office. We only waited 5 minutes and within 20 minutes were on our way in a nice Merc, upgrade from our booking at no extra cost. It was an automatic but very easy to use and a nice change from a manual gear. All the staff we met were great, polite, patient, helpful and good fun. The return was equally easy. Overall a great experience can highly recommend malagacar.com, will use again.

Hello everyone, I was in Malaga at the beginning of September 2022 and rented a car for seven days from MalagaCar. I was very satisfied with everything. Pre-ordered on the internet, everything was quick and uncomplicated for me when I picked up and returned the car on site. Gladly again!

Very friendly, smooth reception, everything well arranged in advance. On the road with the car within 10 minutes. No hidden charges, no credit card deductions. When the car was delivered, a quick fuel check and done. Transport to and from the airport also perfectly arranged. First-class recommendation!

From the airport to the office is less than 4 minutes (they pick you up) 3. The staff are super friendly and extremely nice. 4. The vehicles are in immaculate condition. In all honesty, I have tried 95 percent of car hire companies in Spain, Malagacar.com are by far the Best. Great value and no hidden charges. I highly recommend them. Ian

Dear Manager of Malagacars.com, (see also email to: info@malagacar.com I recently hired one of your cars for a 9-day period (booking no. 1251391) and as usual the service and quality of the car was excellent in keeping with my previous experiences with you over the years. Unfortunately, an incident on the car’s return marred what was otherwise a very pleasant holiday. On returning the car I accidentally left my expensive Bose headset on the floor on the passenger side. I soon discovered this when I was in the terminal of the airport. One of your Staff members that was dropping off passengers was good enough to call your office and was told they had found my headset and would return it to me with the driver on the next passenger drop-off. To my great disbelief when delivered, the headset and its charger were removed from the box (see below). I knew the headset was in the box because I personally put it there 10 minutes before handing back the car. I must conclude that this headset had been taken inappropriately by one of your employees. I could have gone back to your office as I was angry and made a lot of noise in front of your customers and employees, however I am confident that you will take my report seriously and will investigate it further as I am reluctant to make this a police matter. Very disappointed in the car hire in August. The car we were given was very damaged when we took delivery, full of scuffs marks and knocks and it wasn't very clean. The radio didn't work properly, and it drove like it needed a service. The windscreen wipers didn't work because they were damaged. I had to replace them at a cost of nearly 40 Euros as we were caught in a massive storm and were unable to drive at all. I have photographs. When I raised an online ticket about this there was no response. There is no capacity to report this any other way.

Good Value for money. Smooth pick up. Friendly Bilal gave us better booster seat for child then we ordered. Just the car could be given to us cleaner.
