Excellent service every time, used them every time, wouldn’t use any one else.

very satisfied, top cars, had an malfunctioning belt and immediately got a new better replacement car with the same conditions and this within 5 minutes, did not have to wait at arrival or departure to the airport. staff very serviceable.

Excellent service, however, animal hair on seats suggest inefficient valeting.

Very disappointed that you now only offer basic and full pack options for car hire, and not the comfort (?) option in between them anymore. This was by far the best rental option for a customer, as most don't need the extra insurance. I never thought Malagacar would turn into insurance sellers. Thank you, but no more Malagacar for me, sorry!

Why are you not offering the mid option for car hire, the one that included the extra driver and roadside assistance and why is it nearly twice the price per day in May than at Easter. Why don’t we get discounts for being regular hirers. We have currently got a hire car from you, exactly the same one we had in October, it awful, there is no adjustment on the seats, it’s a bit of a wreck. We have 4 more trips planned for this year and are seriously thinking of buying a car, we are definitely not getting the service we used to get from you having used you for over 5 years and recommended you to countless friends ????

In one word, Perfect... I have rented cars from different companies but this one stands out by far when it comes to service and low costs. No hidden fees and very fast check in and check out. From now on only Malagacar.com

After my 8th rental, I still feel very comfortable with malagacar. Everything is very well organised and the cars are spotlessly clean and technically flawless. I stay with malagacar.

After bad experiences with other rental companies, I can highly recommend Malagacar.
