MalagaCar.com reviews - Page 115

Very pleased super value great staff who make you feel valued. I would not look anywhere else after using this company. We did not get a choice of any of the cars illustrated on the booking web which was a little disappointing, but expected, as this happens with most rental companies we have used

Excellent service as usual. Had a tyre blowout… sorted very quickly. Wouldn’t use any other car hire company. Have used them for many years.

We rented a car from 22 to 03/10/2022 with Full pack. We are very satisfied with the service both on arrival and on return. The vehicle was almost new and we were not asked for a deposit or fingerprint. The staff are very professional and available. I was very pleased with the service, both on arrival and on our return. I highly recommend Malagacar!

We are very satisfied with Malagacars. Malagacars picked us up at Malaga Maria Zambrano train station and dropped us off on our return. When we picked up the car, Malagacars offered us a superior car which we kindly declined as we wanted a small car. No issues when returning as we took the Premium pack. However, we had difficulties finding the car return location located at a roundabout immediately after a no entry sign. We recommend this company.

Have used malagacar.com over 25 times, great service every time and good value

Fine car. Nice and very friendly employees -No waiting times Thank you very much!, that‘s one of the best customer service in my life!

Good company. Only pity that we were given a car whose tank was almost empty and that we did not get a chance to report this even when we returned it. The tank was almost full when we returned it. The oil level was also low, so we also fetched oil and filled it up.

Perfetto noleggiatore auto…. Il meglio!!

Good morning, I am planning to rent a car for next March for almost a month. In the comments of the customer I can see some renarks about the "shuttle bus" therefore my question: Where is your desk to pick up the car? In the airport building or outside the building close to the airport (shuttlebus) Thanks for a short clarification. Franz Schröder

malagacar.com answer:

Dear Franz,

Thanks for contacting us.

DETAILS OF THE COLLECTION
Collection at Malaga Airport:
After collecting your luggage, please DO NOT GO DOWNSTAIRS to the car rental desks, but go out the sliding doors looking for the arrivals hall exit. Once outside the terminal:
Continue straight ahead until you reach the road.
Cross the pedestrian crossing.
Just to the left you will find the "Courtesy Bus" area where one of our representatives properly uniformed will be waiting for you holding a MalagaCar.com sign.

A Malagacar.com shuttle bus will be with you shortly to take you on the short, two minute, drive to our offices.
Please remember that we are "Malagacar.com", as there are some other companies that call themselves Malagacar, but this is not true.
It is very easy to recognize us as our logo can be found on the contracts, uniforms, car keys, mini bus, etc.
