The price is good but few things I didn't like. Waited over 1 hour in a queue to get the keys. The car wasn't cleaned enough. The car was slow like a lorry to go up the hill. This was most annoying

We are sorry about the waiting time when collecting the keys. You are right that, on this occasion, the waiting time was longer than usual and longer than we would like to offer. We fully understand that after a flight, waiting over one hour is frustrating, and we apologise for this.
Regarding the cleanliness of the vehicle, we are also sorry if it was not at the expected standard. This is something we take seriously and your comments will help us improve our internal checks before delivery. 
Concerning the vehicle performance, the car supplied was a Seat Ibiza with an 80 HP naturally aspirated petrol engine. This type of engine has a different driving response compared with turbocharged engines or vehicles with higher engine output. It is designed to provide smooth and efficient performance under normal driving conditions, although the acceleration and engine response can feel different in certain situations, especially on uphill roads or when the car is loaded.
This is a normal characteristic of this type of engine and does not mean that the vehicle was not suitable for rental use.

I was quite pleased with this car rental company and would definitely use them again without hesitation. However, there is room for improvement—for instance, they should let customers know about the complimentary shuttle bus to the airport. Also, the car was handed over to me with a range of 552 km, and I was told the tank was full; that wasn't true, as it showed 599 km after I filled it up. It’s not a huge deal, but these are the kinds of details I don't like. Otherwise, I am very satisfied.

Regarding the courtesy minibus, please note that this information is explained both on our website and in the booking confirmation sent prior to vehicle pickup. That confirmation details the instructions for reaching our meeting point at Málaga Airport, as well as the transfer to our offices via our minibus.
As for the fuel, we understand your comment; however, the remaining range shown on the onboard computer depends not only on the exact fuel level but also on previous driving style, average consumption, city vs. highway driving, air conditioning usage, road gradients, speed, etc. For this reason, there may be some variation in the vehicle's estimated range at different times, even if the fuel level remains the same.
In any case, we have taken note of your observations and appreciate you sharing them with us. We are glad you were very satisfied with the rest of the service and hope to see you again for your next rental.

I have used Malagacar.com for many years and have always been impressed especially with the staff - professional, helpful and friendly. The company has also been very supportive if I have a problem such as a puncture. The only negative comment is sometimes having to wait on arrival when too few staff are on duty. But I can highly recommend this company.

A rental agency I would recommend. Very fast and professional service. We were met right outside the airport upon arrival, and the return trip from the agency to the airport was very quick. A reliable and efficient agency.

I used the company in Malaga for the first time for airport transfers for my family. One half with children arrived Friday the other with children on Saturday. The vehicle was first class fitted with the appropriate child car seats. The same driver for both was fantastic waiting at the airport and then arriving slightly early, which was a relief, for the return journey. I will certainly use the company again. And thanks again to the driver.

Ordered a isofix car seat for my 20 month old baby. It wasnt fitted in the car, had to ask for it, for them to bring me a high back booster, when told them it wasnt suitable, we were told "well I dont know about car seats". Then had to go and fetch our own, they are just piled up on the floor and in racking, no order to them. Couldn't find a suitable one, so had to go for the next best thing. Was left to it and wasnt installed for us, we had to try and work it out ourselves. The car also cost more than what was quoted. The car drop off was quick and transfer was straight forward

Regarding the installation of child seats, please note that, for legal and safety reasons, our staff are not allowed to install child seats in the vehicle. The installation must be carried out by the parents or guardians, as they are responsible for ensuring that the seat is correctly fitted, properly adjusted to the child, and suitable for their specific needs.
Concerning your comment about the final price, we have reviewed the booking and payment details, and we can confirm that the amount charged corresponds to the reservation and the services included.

Hello, I have a question about returning a rented vehicle at night. We have a vehicle booked from July 6th to July 20th (reservation number 1874468). But we would need to return it on July 20th at 4 am (in the night). Will that be possible? And will there be a shuttle to the airport at this time of night or do we have to get from the rental to the airport ourselves? Best regards Jan Rehacek

Absolutely amazing company,what they say is what you get! Unlike most of the other car rental company’s in this area.I would never use anyone else other than Malagacar,thank you keep up the good work.

The car was great; pickup and drop-off were quick. A minibus picked us up just 2 minutes from the airport. Unbeatable value for money—no deposit required and full insurance included. The only downside was the crowd at the airport (understandable, given their great prices), which meant a bit of a wait... There was no sign, just a young guy in a "malagacar.com" T-shirt, and we didn't spot him right away because of the crowd...
