I had chosen this company because I had read about the rental speed, instead when we arrived we waited an hour for the shuttle from the airport, Also no help during the enrolment and car pick-up phase

On 26 June 2026, I reserved a car for the week 25.8-1.9 under the reservation number 1876817 for a very covenient price of 161 EUR, as this was a special offer advertised on your web page. Pickup-point your physical counter next to Malaga Airport. I received confirmation of my reservation via e-mail on the same day. On 25.8 i found out from your employee at the counter that my reservation had been cancelled "for some reasons". I argued with your staff that I never requested the cancellation of my reservation. I also never received any information of my reservation being cancelled ahead of my trip. On top, I was not offered any alternative solution: according you your staff all cars on-site were already taken. I had no other choice to book a car from NIZA cars (car rental next to your headquarters) for a total price of 322 EUR. I retain your company responsible for the financial and moral damages I incurred. Hopefully it is still possible to find an amicable solution, or i will resort to consumer protection. I had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes in the queue outside Malaga airport to get the shuttle bus to the car rental, which was 5 minutes away. Just 2 buses were available in the peak period. The attendant was hidden behind a pillar with a sign in a trolly who shouted Malaga every now and then. Not a great start to my holiday….

Good quality/ price, transparency and full coverage, efficient at check-in and check-out. But I think you could increase these points: every time I rent a car the windshield is really dirty and I have to clean it inside because you can't see nothing with the sun! And already 2 times i had a car with a tire without enough pressure, or loosing pressure, I had to stop in a gas station to fix it. Thanks, best regards Greg

Renting a car at Malagacar works perfectly as always.

You give me a car with a nearly empty tank, I return it with more fuel, and then you charge me for fuel anyway. I send you proof and a photo, and I simply get no response. That’s what you call a "fuel rip-off."

We would never go anywhere else. These guys make car hire so easy, they can be trusted and are right by the airport.

Apparently from now on a pick-up location other than the airport is no longer possible. Otherwise great service.
