We were out for 1 month /on May 28th/! Everything went great, exactly kind and helpful,,,,but we had a car exchange ///which was quickly resolved // we went back by taxi /on your advice! We handed in the invoice and everything to the office, they promised to transfer the taxi fare after 2-5 days,,,,but unfortunately this did not happen. We wrote several letters,,,but so far there has been no response!!! I am waiting for your answer, where should we report this request?! Thank you... but everything was really very fine, apart from that. Have a nice day!

Mi /máj.28-án/ 1 hónapja voltunk kint! Nagyszerűen ment minden,pontosan kedvesen segítőkészen,,,,de volt egy autócserénk ///amit gyorsan megoldottak // taxival mentünk vissza /az önök tanácsára ! számlát és mindent leadtunk az irodába ,azt ígérték 2-5 nap elteltével utalják a taxi tarifáját,,,,de ez sajnos nem történt meg. Többször is írtunk levelet,,,de ez idáig nem jött semmi válasz!!! Várom válaszát ,hova jelezzük ezt a kérésünket?! Köszönettel... de tényleg minden nagyon rendben volt ,ezen kívül. További szép napot!

An excellent first experience with MalagaCar! I was a bit skeptical since it was my first time renting from them, but they turned out to be incredibly reliable. Eccellente prima esperienza con MalagaCar! Ero un po' scettico trattandosi del mio primo noleggio con loro, ma si sono rivelati super affidabili. Il processo di prenotazione online è chiaro e senza costi nascosti. Una volta atterrato, la navetta mi ha portato all'ufficio in pochi minuti. Il check-in è stato veloce e lo staff cordiale. Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia del veicolo e la tranquillità della formula tutto incluso. Riconsegna immediata e senza stress. Grazie mille per l'ottimo servizio!

Malagacar.com is brilliant as usual. I’ve been hiring a car from them for a few years now. There is a bit of a queue but worth the wait. Friendly staff, decent cars and good location

MalagaCar are a very reliable company, their cars are consistently good and never fail to perform well. This is an excellent company to use and I would highly recommend them.

I have been using malagacar for 15 years. The cars and services get even better and the new check in booths in the office are brilliant and save so much time meaning the queues move even quicker. Thanks again and keep up the good work. Dave

Fantastic company to use, nothing was a problem, my brother in law recommends them as he uses every time visit Spain and we would recommend them too, looking forward to August 2026 for our next visit
