All I can say is my experience with malagacar.com. Was extremely brilliant from start to finish,. 5 Star from me and I would definitely recommend and book again with the company.

The collection was very poorly handled, my reservation number didn’t work on the terminal. I requested assistance to which the lady said I’ll be with you. I waited, she didn’t come back, then a line of people formed at the desk having similar issues. I had to join the back of the queue after being one of the first into the office. When I got to the desk a man now said you haven’t done something. I explained I couldn’t do anything because my reservation number didn’t work. he then spent 5 mins righting this and sent me back to the terminal where I entered more of my details. Then a group of people from the next flight were in the office they had similar issues and some were at the desk. I joined the back of the queue. It took nearly an hour to collect a car key. Why don’t you request all the drivers details when you send the booking confirmation? Also the AC on the car I hired barely worked it was pretty warm inside the car even with the ac fans on high and recirculation settings on.

Great no nonsense service. Great selection of cars. Extremely efficient and unbeatable prices! What’s not to like.. we use them every time we visit.

Excellent service from beginning to end, lots of companies out there showing a lower price but have hidden extras and large credit card deposits, this is not the case here. Very professional friendly service, kept in touch on whats app - will certainly use again!

Car was good. Pickup is so much better now with the Express service, so that problem is solved. Drop off was poor. Many people waiting for the shuttle. Waited 25 minutes before leaving for the airport. You should plan for more shuttle busses when there are a high volume of returns.

I’ve been renting cars at Malaga airport for 25 years and MalagaCar are by far the best for options, ease of booking, collection and handover. Highly recommended

Brilliant service , was collected straight from airport and dropped back . Very easy process. Car was lovely. Would highly recommend this company.
