Our screen wash bottle was totally empty and the inside front window screen needed cleaned to help with glare from the sun

I have been renting cars from your company for more than 10 years, usually once or twice every year, and I can honestly say that your service has always been outstanding. Your prices are far better than those offered by other rental companies, but what really makes you different is your transparency and professionalism. Unlike many other companies, I have never been pressured to purchase additional insurance or extra services at the counter. You provide a complete package from the beginning, with no hidden costs and no unpleasant surprises. Everything needed is already included, except optional accessories that customers may choose if required. After more than a decade as a customer, I can confidently say that your company has consistently provided excellent service, and this is the main reason why I continue to rent exclusively from you whenever I visit Malaga. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard of customer service.

When we collected our car, it clearly had not been cleaned property inside. We hired on at Easter time also and there were coffee stains from a spillage. I am a regular customer and found that my last two rentals were not cleaned after the previous customer. Everything thing else I am happy with which is why I didn’t complain the previous time.

To replace my Malagacar car with a faulty engine, I took a taxi back to the Malagacar location/at the suggestion of the assistance/ and handed in the taxi bill there. They promised to transfer the taxi cost in 4-5 days. 25 days have passed since then....!!!! I have asked for the bill to be paid several times in letters to maria.campos, laura.villen, administracion@malagacar.com, alberto. Who else can I contact???? How long do I have to wait??? I am sorry that I cannot give a good opinion because otherwise I was very satisfied with the rental and the assistance. Reservation number: 1855969

Very good service!

The only improvement I have (because pick up, administration, communication and the car itself was perfect) is changing of the return time. This communication was via App and also via mail that I don't often read. I don't understand that the car Bas blocked because data that was linked via the App wasn’t clear. Apparently you must once again submit your credit card data after I have confirmed the change. Strange because credit card data are known to you. Blocking de car is therefore for me very strange and not client friendly. So this is clearly something to improve. But overall, MalagaCar is good

I’ve been booking with Malagacar on and off for about 10 years. However I have to say I won’t be returning after this experience. We arrived late approx midnight, and were left standing for between 20-30 minutes in a queue of just myself and my partner. There was 5 employees working, one checking in another couple and 4 others tapping on a computer and looking at a screen. I understand that staff can be busy, but we felt ignored and weren’t acknowledged. One member did ask us if we were “waiting” we explained we were, and approx 20 Minutes later after the couple infront of us left, and we asked can we check in, the same staff said “you told me you were with that couple”. This could easily be a misunderstanding which would be fine. However it was the attitude and tone that we were unhappy with after 30 Minutes of waiting, no apology or explanation. We then got the car. As we were driving approx an hour away, and as all the car was in Spanish we ask politely for help hooking the car up to Apple play for google maps. All we got told was “ I don’t know how to do it, I don’t know if the car has Apple play some do and some don’t”. We informed the employee that it did have car play, but we needed some number to connect to the Bluetooth and again very abruptly were told “ just email tomorrow and maybe they’ll help”. Upon returning the car, there is no signage suggesting where to park Returning cars, I went to park in the same area we collected the car and was again very rudely told to park in the other area. We left the car, and wanted to show a member of staff we’d retuned with the correct amount of fuel and no damage to the car, and were again barked at to leave the keys in the car. I then entered the bus to go to the terminal and the boot was closed, I asked the driver for permission to open the boot to load the bags myself and he didn’t even acknowledge or look up from his phone, on which he was on social media. I don’t give this feedback for any form of attention, however really and truly the customer experience was appalling, and as you’ll see from my pervious bookings have never complained before. The car itself was fine, it was a seat Leon, but again everything else was just terrible. The summer season I’m sure is very busy, and staff are I’m sure worked hard and busy, but this is no way to run a business, I hope this feedback is taken as it is intended.

I highly recommend it. Everything went smoothly from arrival at the airport to returning the car (of course, also the transfer back to the airport).

A very good experience with MalagaCar. The car matched the booking, was clean, and in perfect condition. Pick-up and drop-off were quick and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and professional. I recommend this agency and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
