Airport shuttle pick-up with no waiting, then quick welcome and return of the car. The car was new but not very well cleaned. Upon return, quick pick-up and return in the same condition without any problems. Shuttle also quick to get to the airport. Some rental companies can take them as an example for their efficiency. Bravo for this service with a reasonable price.

3rd time I've used Malagacar.com and again an excellent service, faultless check in and out, the car was virtually new and clean / reliable, I will be using them again next year!

I highly recommend Malagacar, friendly, patient and helpful staff, quick service, almost new vehicle, the same for the return, everything went smoothly without any hassle, when we return to Andalusia we will definitely come back to them because their organization is so top notch!!!

For the last 10 years I hire cars at Malagacar but this time I got a seat groupC car that was really terrible. The car gave a lot of warnings on the dashboard and made a terrible loud noise while using the gas throttle. I did not feel safe in this car. On return I mentioned this to the staff and they said we know, we also do not like this model??!

Everything was very correct, easy and fast, and the rental process wasn't too complicated. The service, both during the rental process with Vanesa and upon return, was excellent.

I definitely recommend malagacar.com! It was the first time in my life that I rented a car. I wanted to avoid language problems, so I decided to rent a car from a competitor where I could speak my native language. Fortunately (sic!), it turned out that they didn't have a car that suited me. And that's how I ended up at malagacar.com. True, I took the full package, but even so, I didn't expect car rental to be so hassle-free and inexpensive at the same time. A shuttle bus, a separate counter for customers with the full package, helpful, patient, and smiling staff. And all this in just a few minutes. The car was clean, relatively new (20,000 km mileage), efficient, and dynamic. We drove several hundred kilometers around Andalusia and had no problems. Returning the car took just a few minutes again: drive into the garage, ask about the fuel level, a smile from the staff, and that's it! Thank you to the malagacar.com team!

Having used the same well known car hire company for 15 years we decided it was time to change and we are glad we did. Air conditioned office with abundance of helpful staff. Even in August procedure took 5 minutes before being shown to our car, a Nissan Qashqai. It was clean and perfect for our family. Also the price, there are no catches or add ones. We paid less than half the price of our previous hire company. We will be back next year and are recommending this to our friends and family.

Excellent service would recommend Malagacar hire to anybody i’m definitely been using it again when we go to Spain

I had an excellent experience with Malagacar.com. From the very beginning, their communication was clear and helpful, making the whole process easy and stress-free. The instructions for picking up the car at Malaga Airport were simple to follow, and the inclusion of pictures made it even easier. The shuttle bus was waiting for us on time, and the staff quickly found us on their list. The bus itself was well air-conditioned, making the short 5-minute drive to the office very comfortable. At the office, the team was friendly and extremely efficient, I had my car in just a few minutes. The car was exactly what I had booked. While the specifications weren’t top-of-the-line, it was clean, tidy, ran perfectly, and the price was very reasonable for a week’s hire. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase additional extras. We drove all over Spain, from Almunecar to Ronda, and the car handled everything without any issues. Returning the car was just as smooth. The staff were again friendly and efficient, quickly checking the petrol level before directing us back to the transfer shuttle. The ride back to the airport was comfortable and hassle-free. Would I recommend Malagacar.com? Absolutely, without hesitation.
