Service, scope and comfort were all of a very high standard. We were given an almost brand-new, spotlessly clean, smart car (a Ford Puma) with comprehensive insurance. The company clearly prioritises customer convenience.

Rented a car for a week. They gave us a higher-category car for the standard price—it was practically brand new. The paperwork was handled very quickly, both for pickup and drop-off. The excellent price included insurance and an additional driver, and they didn't require a deposit. Rated 10/10.

I have been using malagacar for about 15 years. This is the first time I had a problem when I was driving the car. A tyre burst. Malagacar.com response was terrific and everything was handled very professionally. I have always been faithful to Malagacar.com without any problems. This has justified my confidence.

Was disappointed on arrival to collect our car. There was not enough agents working so we had a long wait for the car. You had said on the WhatsApp message no queues!!!
