Great service. Pay on site with full insurance and unlimited mileage. The airport transfer is super fast and there is no waiting time to pick up and drop off the vehicle. I would definitely use this company again.

Won’t use these again…. Ever. 1 star as I can’t rate lower. No organisation at the airport, groups of people waiting for a van to collect them, no lines then a woman comes round shouting at everyone which no one understood and be very aggressive shoving people that have been waiting for a long time in the 11am heat of Spain in August. I ended up getting the train and hiring a car in my local area rather than use this company, last time I used it we couldn’t even find the location at airport as no one from the company were there and no signs. Once we’d managed to get on the van and caught our way through the “free for all” we then got dropped and had to continue queueing at their location with the slowest staff and you’re outside with your luggage, lots of children getting very irritable. Terrible experience and very poor communication from emails.

Hired a car for a week Collected fine and drive to Villa Went to take car out for a trip , pulled out of Villa and car stalled. Petrol coming from underneath all over the road . Car wouldn’t start. Our day trip was ruined and stunk of petrol and had to clean up the street with locals Called Malaga car Told we had to get to airport for a replacement . Due to wasting so much time a refund was agreed ( recorded line) instead. Car collected mechanic showed me. Massive fuel line split under the bonnet I have been emailing and messaging for. Week and all contact being completely ignored………………….. No refund No replies I would avoid unfair that we have lost out our hire money and paid for an uber transfer and wasted a days holiday

Dear Malagacar, I have been using your services now for nearly a year, since we purchased a property in Spain. Up until now we have been really impressed with the entire set up, which is really slick and efficient. However, we have just returned from Spain on Monday evening and have to say that the service provided this trip was less than I now come to expect from your company. Firstly, we ordered a medium sized car in the category of a VW T-roc, but was provided with a Kia, which had the smallest boot size, whereas we could only fit in one suitcase and max two hand bags. We were not able to swap cars as you were fully booked. The main issue for writing this review is that we booked to return the vehicle, as you normally do, with plenty of time to get to the airport, but we were made to wait for 45 minutes+ for the shuttle bus. I don't understand how this happens bearing in mind all clients provide their timing details at booking stage. So we were running late for the flight which increases the stress levels, only for your driver to drop us off at the arrival pick up space, rather than at the usual departures bays. This, along with the delay, meant that I had to run up a level and across the airport to get to the baggage drop off area for my flight. So on this occasion I was not very impressed with the service provided.

Only one word: Great! I have rented a car with full insurance to be without stress on my holidays. I can say insurance price is really appropriate. Service is great. Everything goes perfect, quick and smooth. Thanks for your great job guys ( and girls: )

Fantastic service, best place to hire a car in Malaga

Hi I had a car on the 19 th of may for 1 week and was very satisfied and I need a car for 4 weeks from the 1st September automatic can you give me a price please must be a reasonable price thank you

We've been renting cars from Malagacar for years and are extremely satisfied. They pick us up promptly at the airport and provide excellent and efficient service. We've always gotten a great car and regularly receive upgrades. Absolutely fantastic!
