I would just like ro express my thanks for your continued good work. I have been a regular customer of yours and that is because of your service which is top rate. Every time I hired from you your staff have always been polite and helpful. I was surprised that I had an upgrade to a nice automatic this week and would like to say thanks for that. Good service both at the airport (shuttle bus) and at pick-up. No unnecessary administration or urging to take extra insurance. After 15 minutes already on the road with a nice, clean car. Same experience when bringing the car in. In short, an absolute must if you want to rent a car in Malaga. Tip: take the Full Pack.

This was what I sent to yourselves yesterday with no reply. Can I just share my experience of Malaga staff today. We waited over an hour for a bus to pick us up, then another 70 minutes in a que to get the car. I am awaiting a new hip and was in agony waiting in that heat. Then got called to the desk by a young girl, this young lady needs to be put on a course how to handle customers who had waited for well over two and a half hours to get our car. We had been travelling since 3am this morning landed at 1.35pm and didn’t get our car until 4pm. I had asked how we can go over to Gibralter for one day and how much it would cost, she ended up really shouting at me, no respect for me or my husband both in our 70s, she was so upsetting I came away in tears. All your other staff were lovely and people way back in the que were getting their cars well before us, it was our worst experience with Malaga car.

First of all please accept our apologies if the service was not the standard one and I will talk with the staff in order to avoid this kind of situation. I can see your flight arrived (landed) at 13:41. At 14:27 you were met by my colleague at the airport and the payment was done at 15:38. Then I can think You were waiting since You were met by our staff after an hour which is not a short waiting time but is neither 2 hours and a half.

Hi Guys, I rarely leave reviews but had to make an exception in this case. Price quoted is what we paid, 10 minute wait for pick up and just 2 minutes to the car. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the car was perfect. Will definitely use again and will certainly recommend. Thanks guys

The delivery and collection perfect, just one thing, I paid 30 days and then when I returned, 15 days later, I requested a refund for the days not used and they told me that they would let me know, we will see if they are as efficient as with everything else. A 10 for malagacar for collection and delivery, very nice staff.

Re Booking ref: 1293133 Malagacar.com is the best car rental company that I have experienced in Europe. Very efficient quick service, friendly helpful staff. I did experience a front tyre loading air badly but they sent a local company to change the tyre. The only thing that was not very good was the satnav. It did not seem up.to date and the screen brightness was too dim to see even when on 100%
