Simply the best car hire company in Spain. Uncomplicated and fair. Very good service.

Highly recommend!! I shopped around and Malagacar.com had the best deal by far for my long term rental (21/2 months). Fully insured! A good thing it was, as I backed into a post two days after renting the car (first accident in fifty years of driving). I called to report, and they said no problem - nor was it when I brought the car back. Overall, great price, great service, great people working there, airport shuttle. One if the best experiences I have had with a rental - I will be back!!

Never again. Paid extra for top package for convertible car. They never received/acknowledged any of my emails. Took ages to collect car (no designated counter as described) long queue. Poor man serving us was working his fingers to the bone and highly stressed. Car was dirty. Convertible roof didn't work for 3 of the 7 days. They refused to reimburse any of my payment. Sent about 5 emails before they replied. Disgusting attitude. Will never use this company ever again. Centauro have always been good. We'll go back to them in future.

We have been coming here for years, after having less than optimal experiences with other providers, and we have always been very happy with the service and choice of cars. We are writing this review because Bilal deserves a special mention, he went above and beyond to accommodate us on the week of our wedding. Thank you Bilal, you have made our day by ensuring our wedding pictures show the perfect car!

Malagacar Rental company has an excellent service (1) Easy booking (2) No, hidden costs (3) Excellent customer service.
I will always use Malagacar on my next trip for easy pick-up & Return.

Communicated with Malaga Car for 2 weeks. On location we were told there was no car for me. They admit this was internal miscommunication and come WITHOUT A SOLUTION. No communication and VERY VERY poor service. UNFORTUNATELY!!

Agreement 212125219 Hi ! I’m ten years renting from you and never a problem until this time. Paid Full Pack and paid €160 on 13-05. I then saw a further €119.40 taken two days later. I returned the car with a full tank and €87.40 was returned to my bank account. What is going on please ? I’ve written twice to carhire@malagacar.com without success. To me that looks suspicious. I think it’s outrageous that they charged me 13 € for fuel when in more than 30 reservations I’ve returned the tank fuller than when I picked it up and they didn’t refund me bads
