Moin Moin from Hamburg, I can only say that I have had a good experience with Malaga Car.com. If there was something wrong with the cars, I drove by and it was exchanged without any fuss. They are not the cheapest, but you know the price when booking and there are no extra costs.

From 21.11.2017 the car costs 6.43 €
From 02.12.2017 the car costs 5.14 €

When I book, it always costs the same price 490.40 €

WHY, that's not correct!

We rented a car for a week in November with the full pack option. I can only recommend this company. Everything went very quickly without any surprises. Someone was waiting for us at the airport and the shuttle took us to the office in 5 minutes. As I had stated that we would have a lot of luggage, the company provided us with a Renault Megane at no extra charge, even though we had booked the Polo 1400cc category. The return of the car was also very quick, we handed over the keys and GPS and a shuttle immediately arrived to take us to the airport terminal. If we return to Malaga, we will rent here again without hesitation.

This is the second time we rent a car here, and this time everything went smoothly again. We got a bigger car for the same price. The car was clean and new. There will definitely be a third time.

Have used other companies before but first time with Malagacar.com., very pleased with service and the whole experience. Have booked with them again for February 2018 and if same excellent service will continue to use in future.

Have used them many times,always great service.Have tried several other companies,and regretted it,no comparison.Used them last week.Waited 5 minutes for bus.Spent 5 minutes doing paperwork.Given new car.Return was even quicker.

Hello, I rented for a week in September and the treatment was very good, good car but not the one I rented, the best thing is that from the beginning you know what you are going to pay, nothing comes out in small print like in other companies, now at Christmas I will rent again with Malagacar, if it is like the last one I did, I think it will be my rental company every time I visit Malaga since the best thing it has is the clarity in prices and its service. I recommend it.

Why will you not respond to my emails or WhatsApp? I have a speeding ticket for one of your cars I WAS NOT DRIVING. Why did you give the Spanish Authorities my home address and tell them I was driving a car I was not? I need confirmation from you that I WAS NOT DRIVING THE CAR to send to the Spanish Authorities. I have requested this from you weeks ago and you are ignoring me. Why? Please at least respond to my attemped contact with you. Why such poor service on your behalf?

Though there was slight confusion as to the pickup point due to building work at the airport, that we could not go through the door indicated on the paperwork, once our group of four golfers had been collected from the airport and taken to MalagaCar's office we had no problem in obtaining our vehicle, which was well presented, and as such we where in and out of the office in less than 15 minutes. MalagaCar.com is also a lot more efficient than the expensive major rental companies located at the airport where we have previously waited over an hour for a pre-booked vehicle, and then had to go to the basement to locate, were as MalagaCar's vehicles are ready and waiting. We will definitely booking our car-hire with them next year.
