Excellent car rent in Malaga. Everything is very fast and comfortable. Car was new and clean. We are very satisfied.

Client Number 332118. I was very disappointed with the hire car provided on my last rental (102264328). The vehicle resonated under acceleration in each gear, the clutch pedal sometimes failed and one of the front tyres was in poor condition. I have been a customer for the last 20 years and this worst hire car provided. I did phone your office but after waiting a considerable time, I was just disconnected. I had no issues collecting and returning the car. Hopefully I will not have the same experience with next hire car you provide.

Regarding your most recent rental (Seat Ibiza – booking 102264328), you're absolutely right in observing that the engine sounds different. This particular model features a naturally aspirated 80 HP engine, which does indeed have a deeper, more noticeable sound under acceleration and is relatively low-powered compared to other vehicles.
 
As for the clutch pedal issue and the front tyre you mentioned, we take this very seriously. According to our maintenance records, the vehicle underwent a full inspection only a few months ago, but we will certainly re-check both the clutch mechanism and tyre condition to ensure everything is in order. If you happen to have a photo of the tyre in question, we would truly appreciate it – it will help our technical team investigate more effectively.
 
We’re also looking into the matter of your phone call. All incoming calls to our office are registered in our system and are recorded, so we’ll investigate what may have happened and whether there was indeed a disconnection.

I'm very happy with the service and attention. They arrange transfers from the airport to their office at no additional cost. In our case, our car broke down, and they replaced it quickly and at no cost.

What a great place this is! We arrived in Malaga in the middle of the night. There was a van waiting to take us to the parking lot in no time. No hassle with paperwork etc. We were driving away within 5 minutes. Exactly the same when returning. Perfect car. I had accidentally booked one day too many and said I didn't need it back. They didn't want to know anything about it. 4 days later it was in my account. This company is an absolute must!!

Been renting for over 20 years never a problem. Broke down last year in Estepona, 100 euro taxi ride, sent a taxi, no questions no cost, gave me a new car on my way ,would never use anyone else
