We always use Malagacar .Com We love you prompt speedy service with the courtesy bus & painless car pick up & return. My only complaint is : The last two previous car hires Sept 25 & today may 26 . We have been given Cars with multiple scratches on both sides . Hopefully in September 26 we could have a tidy car . Kindest regards Robin Haig-Harrison

I am delighted. I rented a car for one week back in May. The shuttle service to the rental station was quick. When I arrived at the station around 1:00 PM, there were about eight people ahead of me picking up cars, and two or three service counters were staffed. Since I had already booked the "Full Package" from Germany, the whole process went very smoothly: I presented my driver's license and ID, provided my vacation address, paid, collected the keys, located the car, and drove off. With 68,000 km on the odometer, it wasn't exactly the newest car—and it did have various scratches—but with full comprehensive coverage and zero deductible, that really didn't matter to me. There was absolutely no pressure to upsell me on additional offers. Returning the car couldn't have been simpler. I dropped the car off at the exact same spot where I had picked it up. A friendly attendant immediately directed me to a parking space, took the keys, briefly sat inside to check the mileage and fuel level, quickly glanced around to ensure I hadn't left anything behind, gave me a nod, and directed me to the shuttle. The entire process—including the shuttle's departure—took less than five minutes. I would happily rent from them again!

We are a group of five friends who spent four days in Malaga.We rented a car from Malagacar.com, a mid-range car with full insurance. The seatbelt malfunctioned almost immediately, before we even left the rental office. About 500 meters from the office, the tire pressure warning light came on when we parked the car and went back for it; it wouldn't start (this was resolved by the central office).The next day, the oil light came on.We contacted the main office about 8 or 10 times, and every time we called, we got the same response: they would inform their supervisor and call us back. They didn't return a single call. Finally, after three hours, they told us they were sending a tow truck and a taxi to take us to the depot. The tow truck driver arrived 20 minutes after we called. He told us that the taxi usually arrived at the same time as the tow truck. But that wasn't the case; we waited another two hours until it finally showed up. It was incredibly frustrating, and we lost the entire afternoon of our four-day vacation. When we arrived, they gave us another car that was practically brand new, and we were able to continue our journey. The customer service was poor, and at times, the staff was very unfriendly. I travel to Malaga quite often, and this was the first time I rented a car with Malagacar.com. I will never rent from this company again.
