Outstanding, I have been renting cars for 40 years now, all over Europe. This was the best rental I have ever had. Directions for pick up point, very clear easy to follow. Bus was spotless and a fabulous bus. Pick up and payment simple and fast. Great car. Drop off at 5am easy, quick check and straight on bus to terminal. Lovely helpful staff. From start to finish, everything was absolutely great and uncomplicated. Another car damaged us and here, too, we were relieved of our worries and everything was handled in a relaxed manner. The shuttle bus was excellent from pick up to drop off at the airport. I would rent my car here again in a heartbeat.

I returned my car to you yesterday ref 165626. I've been using your company for years but this car was the worst car I've ever driven from a hire car company. Yes it was cheap to hire but I hired a road worthy car and this car was not made for the distance I had to drive. It felt very unsafe and when we were stuck behind very slow lorries on the hills we could not overtake as the car would not make it on time. At one point I felt like it was going to break down. It felt like it belonged to some young lad from the office who had borrowed his Gran's car. I would have paid more money for a decent car. This car should be removed from your fleet. I would also like to say that it was very very dirty, really not up to your usual standard.

Proper customer service when a difficult situation arises, was due to fly home Monday night but flight was cancelled due to the country wide power outage: Not a problem for the staff at Malagacar.com, took us back to the office and sorted me out with another car. Excellent, friendly and professional. Keep up the good work, see you when we return to Malaga!

I just want to thank the staff at Malagacar. For the exceptional service they offered me today. I broke down on the busy AP7 after San Pedro . And within an hour I had a new car! The receptionist was polite and caring, concerned for my safety and efficient, all in her second language amazing. Thank you so much. Also a big thanks to the polite young man who brought the new car for me, he was delightful and I hope he got home alright as his only concern was to get me on my way. UK could learn a lot from a very efficient and polite customer oriented company ! Thank you Malagacar.
