I am disappointed because I felt that I was not treated well, and I do not understand why. Every time I have rented a car in many countries around the world, the employee has always accompanied the customer, shown the car, and explained its condition, including whether there was anything not completely right. That did not happen in my case. I only get the key, and later I discovered that the car had scratche on the right side, which did not look good at all. I found another person in the garage and asked, “Why did you give me this car without informing me about its actual condition?” The employee replied, You have full insurance, and you will not pay for it, instead of saying, “We are sorry, we should have informed you about all the details,” and showing the car first to ask whether it was acceptable to me.

I was pleasantly surprised by this car rental experience with Malagacar. We chose you thanks to your reviews—and now I’m recommending you myself for your high-quality service and simplicity. It was completely stress-free, which is a real pleasure when you’re just landing in Malaga. You truly delivered from start to finish. Thank you!

I have booked with you for nearly 15 years and have always been pleased with your service and terms. However I am disappointed that you charge a supplement for senior driver ( especially as I only found the charge at the final billing!) It also seems contrary to your claim to be “fully transparent” as I can’t find any reference to this supplement) I have booked despite my views on this. I may however review my in future years.

Super easy, smooth quick transport to the office, a 5 minute verification procedure....given an upgrade, out in 10 minutes......and the best thing is no leaving a deposit on your card...you pay a little more but you get a great deal....will be using them again

Trafiliśmy tu z polecenia znajomej i to była bardzo dobra decyzja. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Załatwienie formalności przebiegło bardzo szybko. Audi, które wzięliśmy było wysprzątane i umyte. Następnym razem wrócimy do tego miejsca.

I've never met such a friendly and helpful team!!! Perfect service, zero stress, and I'm 68 years old and last drove in Europe in the 1990s. I received a nearly new KIA STONIC with full equipment. The delivery and pickup of the car took about 5 minutes, and the airport transfer was excellent. I've recommended them to all my friends in Poland and beyond, not only in Belgium and England.

Nie spotkałem tak miłej i pomocnej ekipy !!! Obsługa perfekcyjna , zero stresu a mam 68 lat i ostatnio po europie jeździłem w latach 90'. Dostałem prawie nowe auto KIA STONIC z pełnym wyposażeniem. Wydanie i odbiór auta to ok. 5 minut i transport na lotnisko super. Poleciłem wszystkim znajomym w Polsce i nie tylko Belgia, Anglia.

Everything was fine. The rental process was very easy and the support via E-Mail fast and friendly. First, I was a little bit worried, because there was no handover certificate, but in the end I appreciated how fast erverything was.

Absolutely the best car rental experience I’ve ever had in southern Europe! Everything worked just as they described on the website. Fast and friendly service. Professional, credible, no surprises.
