As always, good and efficient service from Malagacar. I was concerned when I saw the long queue waiting outside the airport for transport to collect hire cars, but we were all picked up in no time at all and the check in to collect the hire was fast too. Hardly any waiting. Malagacar are responsive to emails and queries as well.

Great car rental, definitely going back to the same place next time

It was well worth all 5 stars. It was my first time renting a car from them and everything went smoothly both at pick-up and drop-off. Friendly staff, quick airport transfer, clean and well-maintained car, full insurance, no extra or hidden costs. I recommend it to anyone who wants a car at a good and fair price.

I rented 2 cars from this company and now would not use any other company. No trying to upsell add ons or changing the terms and price. Very busy at the reception but the staff are a credit to the company, they work efficiently and professionally so the wait is not long. Definitely recommend them.

Good service, transfer to and from the airport was quick and smooth. The all-in service is perfect. You pay a fixed amount and there are no hidden costs!

I chose MalagaCar.com based on its excellent online ratings and reviews from other users, and I have no regrets. The shuttle bus picked us up at the airport and took us to their garage, where everything was handled very efficiently — it took no more than 10 minutes to complete the formalities and receive the car keys. I had accidentally booked a manual car, but the staff were very helpful and upgraded me to an automatic at no extra cost. The car itself was good. Because of my booking mistake, the automatic car I received may not have been fully prepared, but it still worked perfectly fine and caused no issues during the trip. I returned the car early in the morning (around 3:00 am), and there was staff available. The drop-off process again took no more than 10 minutes, and a minivan quickly brought us back to the airport. I would definitely recommend MalagaCar.com to my friends and to anyone flying to Malaga. I will certainly use their services again if I return to Spain, especially Malaga. Initially, there were no problems. I picked up the car in 3 minutes, and I wasn't forced to take out insurance. However, I had very little gas in my tank. I went to see an employee who told me it wasn't a problem, I just needed to top it up on my return. I took a picture of the fuel level just in case. On my return, I showed the photo and my current fuel level to the employee who took the car: she told me it was perfect. But that evening, I received the bill: €41 for fuel. It clearly stated that this wasn't their policy. I received no response... but the money was taken from my account.
