Everything was fine. The rental process was very easy and the support via E-Mail fast and friendly. First, I was a little bit worried, because there was no handover certificate, but in the end I appreciated how fast erverything was.

Absolutely the best car rental experience I’ve ever had in southern Europe! Everything worked just as they described on the website. Fast and friendly service. Professional, credible, no surprises. They clearly have well-rehearsed processes, since pickup and especially drop off was really smooth and efficient.

As always, good and efficient service from Malagacar. I was concerned when I saw the long queue waiting outside the airport for transport to collect hire cars, but we were all picked up in no time at all and the check in to collect the hire was fast too. Hardly any waiting. Malagacar are responsive to emails and queries as well.

It was well worth all 5 stars. It was my first time renting a car from them and everything went smoothly both at pick-up and drop-off. Friendly staff, quick airport transfer, clean and well-maintained car, full insurance, no extra or hidden costs. I recommend it to anyone who wants a car at a good and fair price.

I rented 2 cars from this company and now would not use any other company. No trying to upsell add ons or changing the terms and price. Very busy at the reception but the staff are a credit to the company, they work efficiently and professionally so the wait is not long. Definitely recommend them.

Everything about the car rental experience was lovely. The process was smooth from start to finish, the car was clean and in great condition, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
