I am very disappointed. Long waiting time for shuttle, booked automatic car but received a manual one. No alternative offered. Booked GPS but did not receive it. On the contract an additional driver is mentioned whom I do not know.

Thanks for contacting us. I can see your flight landed at 15:18 and at 15:54 You were met by my colleague at the airport. At 16:20 the contract was signed so We think there was not waiting time or at least a long waiting time.
About the car, you have been given the car requested by You and that was a manual one(group CE is manual and group CF is automatic). In case You like to have an automatic one I can give you a quote and You can come to the office in order to change it.
About the GPS, you are right this was requested in advance so I will check why it was not given. Please let me know an address where You are and We will bring You one.

We are very satisfied with the service of Malagacar. 1st car was broken down on the way to the hotel but top solved, car picked up with tow truck and we neatly with the taxi, fantastic.
