You only know how good your car hire company is when something goes wrong. Well our car got hit by a lorry whilst we were driving back from picking up our daughter from the airport. I contacted Malagacar, they responded very quickly, I sent some pictures of the damage, they arranged a tow truck for the car and a taxi to bring me into their base to pick up a replacement car. All of this within two hours. A really impressive professional service. I did have the full insurance package, but a scary unfortunate accident was dealt with very quickly with minimum disruption to our holiday. 10 out of 10 from me.

Hello, I think it is terrible that you use English as your first language instead of Spanish. I can understand that the majority of your clients know English but here .... If we rent abroad the first language is the language of the country and then others.  I think we should do the same here. Just a suggestion.

Hello, yes that is no problem. Terms & Conditions regarding DRIVERS AGE AND DRIVING LICENCE:
The driver must hold a valid driving licence approved for driving in Spain with a minimum age indicated according to the category of vehicle rented.

Drivers over 75 years of age must take out additional insurance for €4 per day (minimum €12 and maximum €48 per contract).

Great experience with Malagacar. The shuttle service is very practical. I also had a health problem when returning the car and Malagacar was very understanding and available. I will continue to hire vehicles from them on my trips to Malaga.

Excellent service, the price was inclusive, no addtional costs for extra driver, full insurance included. No additional upfront charge against my credit card, brilliant, and the cost of the car for 2 weeks cannot be matched by other hire companies. I would definitely use again.

Our car broke down on our way to the airport. Within 45 minutes there was a taxi to bring us to the airport and a tow car to take the rental car away. At no cost at all! Great service. We highly recommend Malagacar.com
