We were otherwise very satisfied but the "unlimited mileage" advertised visibly in front page was not actually true and to our surprise an extra payment of 350€ had to be paid because of "excess kilometers". We should have returned the car after 2500 kms and changed to another which would have meant almost 500 extra kilometers and a full day, no sense. Therefore, this company is not an option for us.

Fantastic service yet again! Coach was waiting at the airport, and only a 5 minute wait on the return. The car was brand new and spotless, an excellent experience, I've 2 more bookings this year which says it all. Great team work!

A fantastic experience. Booking online was quick and easy; the receptionist was very friendly and professional; the car was clean and ready to go, and above all, it was insured with no excess and unlimited mileage for complete peace of mind; the drop-off was fast and hassle-free; both times I called, they answered immediately. Last fall, we used Malagacar’s car rental service and everything went perfectly. That’s why we chose Malagacar again for our next trip. The speed of the check-in process for both pickup and return was absolutely flawless. The process was quick and easy, even for foreigners who aren’t very fluent in the language. The staff was helpful and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about where to rent a car.
