Really positive experience on both ends of the rental. Quick and efficient getting the car rented on arrival. My son thought he left his phone in the car after we returned it and the shuttle driver couldn’t have been more helpful, he drove him back to check and returned him to the airport. He went above and beyond to be helpful! Big thank you!

The car was fantastic, the attention of the staff both at the delivery and at the reception was correct. Waiting time for the free transfer to the airport was fine. The only negative thing is that I delivered the car with a fuller tank than I received and they refused to give me a credit note, it is difficult to calculate so accurately, but I still recommend them for the good service received.

First Class, excellent in all our 30+ bookings over many years BUT would like to request please the 'Comfort' option reinstated as basic 100km per day is not enough in lovely spain.

Have used MalagaCar many times and the service is always superb - no hassles, no hard sell, relaxed car return. Only negative is the time it takes to book in at the office. Great value, would highly recommend.

Already 7 times rented a (fantastic) car, always for a month. Already 3 times a parking fine received, in places where also park tens of (Spanish) cars ???? The reason is that the Spanish police only fines cars with stickers of the rental company. A scam.

One of only a few rental companies at Malaga airport that are a breeze to deal with, quick transfer, speedy check in and very clean and mechanically sound cars exactly as you expect them to be. You may be saving a little money with the others but that will come at a price, the others will subject you to a hard sell, a petrol tank rip off fee & a normally a multi point defective car which you need to cross check off and take pictures etc before you even drive it, which to start your holiday is all you need. With Malagacar.com they take all fuss out of renting a car and you are in it and driving away to start your relaxing holiday before you know it. Before you think it, I am not a share holder!! just a person who has tried them all and felt compelled to write about it.

Hi I was surprised to see you had taken €40 from my account on 22/03/2022 and I couldn’t see a reason for it as I had rented from you in November so I thought it could be a scam. However you kindly told me it was an admin fee you had applied for a fine I received for speeding. I had received a letter from the police and paid that fine in January. I like many others had not read your small print so absolutely respect it is my fault, however it would have made it much easier for me to realise this fact had your charge been sent to me much earlier than over 4 months after the rental period. That’s a long time. I finally found an email from you in my spam folder. This won’t stop me from renting from you in the future but I think if you are going to send an admin fee to someone (which is quite high) at least do it quicker. Thanks Terry Kenton
