Quick and efficient service. I found the entire staff very helpful and friendly. They resolved the issues with my booked car and replaced it immediately after attempting to resolve them. The shuttle service provided was very convenient and excellent value. A reliable and trustworthy company, highly recommended.

Fantastic! Completely uncomplicated and accommodating! Very patient shuttle service. We were really late and had almost given up hope, but they waited for us! It was our fault! I'm absolutely thrilled! And on top of all that, it was incredibly affordable! I'll definitely use them again!

Good and efficient service with no fuss.

There was a very long queue at check-in despite giving a time of arrival and completed all the necessary pre-arrival information. The bus pick-up to/from the airport is not accessible to wheelchair users. When returning vehicle however, MalagaCar allow us to remain in our hire car and we are taken to the airport without having to make the effort to be transported via the MalagaCar bus. This reason is why we use MalagaCar. Is there anyway a similar service could be provided for arrivals?
