I had to plan my trip to Malaga at the last minute. I didn't have time to book a car on the site, confident in the fact that I was a good customer. To my great surprise I was refused a car with no explanation. I went to your competitor who had no problem renting me one. I don't think I'll be coming back to malagacar.

Dear Malagacar, COMPLAINT. We have just returned from Malaga having used you for the 26th time. I need you to Know that the Fiat 500 we were given was very poor, the brakes were squeaking and grinding when used and stopping was not good. When it rained the windscreen wipers were almost useless the car had been heavily used and in poor condition. We have just booked again for May 31st for 2 weeks, I hope the car is much better next time

I went to your agency and was refused a car on the grounds that I hadn't made a reservation. As a good customer of yours, I was shocked by this commercial attitude. I would have understood this attitude during the holiday period. Your aim is to hire out vehicles in order to establish a turnover that will enable you to perpetuate Malagacar. I regret this attitude, which is forcing me to change hire companies. It's a shame, I'm one of those customers who have no fuss, no worries. And who pay without discussion. Your employee's categorical refusal is dangerous for your reputation. Tomorrow you'll have a drop in traffic and you'll go back to the old method, and you'll remember my example of losing market share. In the meantime, a competitor will have set up shop with the means to take customers away from you. Because he will have understood your shortcomings.

Excellent treatment, they gave me a superior car, for the same price, fast reception and quick delivery, then they took us to María Zambrano station, I will use their service again, they are 100% recommendable.
