Very good company. Pick-up and drop-off were fast. Very detailed information about the transfer point. I recommend it

Thank you. You're Simply the Best⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

excellent experience. I have no complaints. see you next time

Excellent, and cheaper than elsewhere. My children and I have been renting from this company for years. I recommend it.

Was disappointed on arrival to collect our car. There was not enough agents working so we had a long wait for the car. You had said on the WhatsApp message no queues!!!

Hi. Good car as always. There was a long queue at the airport pick-up point and so a longish wait for the bus. There was a very long queue to pick up the car - around 40 minutes. There are maybe 10 new VDU screens but only 3 staff supervising. It may make me look elsewhere next time. The drop off point now being the same as the pick up is in an unhelpful place on the arrivals level rather than the departures. Why?

Everything about the car quality and the full pack insurance was excellent. Also the communication and information provided was excellent. The only problem was insufficient staff on duty when collecting the car. Large queue waiting 40 mins in the heat. I would use you again but you need to speed things up at collection.

My son want to hire a car he is 19 years old is that okay I have rent a car before and with succes.

Customer Department

We were very pleased; the car didn't let us down. We were met at the airport right after arrival. Thank you!

I have used Malagacar 30 times now and it has always provided brilliant service. Just returned from a trip and was not impressed with the new technology which drastically slowed up the delivery of the vehicles, which resulted in a long wait with no air conditioning. Humans behind a desk was much better!
