A very positive experience. I have nothing bad to say. We picked up the car in Malaga. A bus was waiting for us and took us to the office. They were very quick to hand over the vehicle, which was in perfect condition. Everything was included in the contract (unlimited mileage, full tank of gas, comprehensive insurance). When we returned the car, everything was also very fast. We dropped it off and they took us to the airport by bus. Good price, fast service, friendly staff, excellent service. I will definitely use them again.

Just back from Spain. These guys are the Best Car hire to deal with. Transfer was on time, customer service at the branch was excellent and speedy. We had an Automatic Audi A1 which was clean and tidy and a great little car. We’re back in March and will be hiring an car again.

You are one of the best car rental agencies in Spain, if not the best. I am very satisfied with the service, organization and courtesy... everything was done quickly, without hidden costs and in a few minutes. You have top marks from me.

We rented a Seat Arona for the week of December 22nd to 29th, 2025. We booked the car well in advance of our trip, which allowed us to take advantage of an exceptional holiday rate. Picking up the car at the rental agency was quick thanks to the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. The car met our expectations. On our return day, we got a flat tire 100 km from Malaga. We were worried because the tire repair kit seemed insufficient for driving 90 km on the highway. We decided to contact Malagacar by phone to inform them of our problem. They called us back within ten minutes to let us know that a tow truck would be taking the vehicle and that they would send a taxi to the airport. The taxi arrived on time, and we were able to catch our flight as scheduled. All of this was covered by Malagacar's insurance. For our next car rental in Malaga, it goes without saying who we'll be renting from! :-)

Best rental company in Spain

We visit Nerja upto 4 times a year and have used other car rentals. After taking advice we decided to try Malagacar. We were not disappointed. New car, extremely clean, very efficient service from staff and absolutely no hard sell. We had already taken full insurance for peace of mind. Will definitely use from now on.

Malagacar.com are wonderful. Instructions were very clear and we picked up our car quickly and efficiently. When the battery died on our car, malagacar.com had a technician with us in just 20 minutes and had our car up and running. Unfortunately the battery needed to be replaced so they arranged to exchange cars once we got to our new destination. We had a new car delivered to us the next morning. All very efficient and professional. There was no fuss. This involved a 6 hour round trip for the driver from Malagacar as we were staying in Sevile. Customer service was top notch and the rep we swapped cars with in Seville was a true gentleman. Highly, highly recommended.

Fair price, absolutely uncomplicated and transparent processing, short waiting times during the car pickup, fast shuttle-service to and from the airport, very good instrunctions with pictures in the contract to find the shuttle pick-up point and competent, fast and friendly service. I am completely satisfied.

Excellent service and attention, fast and without waiting, good price, car in perfect condition and working order... If we return to Malaga we will definitely use them again.
