I've rented cars from MalagaCar several times. It's always been a great experience; the cars are always in good condition, the staff are attentive, the explanations are clear, and the return process is completely hassle-free. I absolutely recommend MalagaCar.

Used to be good but today s experience was awful. Arrived at Malaga airport and was made to wait on the bus for over 20 minutes while the very rude driver talked to his friend. Then picked up car and was told the tank was full when in fact it was a quarter full, took a photo and showed it to the representative, he said he would send an adjusted contract. He didn’t he just sent the first one again leaving me the stress of sorting things out

I visit Malaga once or twice a year and this is the ONLY car rental company I use. Service is always impeccable, very competitive prices and the vehicles are always immaculate. I've used rental companies in many countries and wish they were all as good as MalagaCar.

They're the best, great prices, no surprises like the big brands, especially for tourists. I trust them completely. Everyone was friendly, and thanks to Pedro.

We travel to Málaga often, but we will never use this car rental company again. I strongly advise against it. After returning the car, which was actually collected at the Grand Hotel Miramar(pre-paid return location) by their staff 1.5 hours earlier than the time agreed in the contract — we were still charged €40 a few days later for a “late return.” The hotel reception confirmed that the car was returned on time, yet the company refused to refund the charge. First they claimed it was a “fine,” then they changed the story to “late return.” Nothing but lies. Everything can be verified in contract 112275517, but unfortunately the company has stopped all communication. If they treat every customer this way, the final price ends up being much higher than in any other rental company. I strongly recommend choosing a different provider.

Affordable rental, excellent service when there was a problem with the rental car, even for a holiday home far from the airport! Highly recommended :-)

This is the best Car Rental company I’ve ever rented from, not only was it the best price, €19 per day in Spain, but the service was first rate, we asked for a shuttle and they came right away to pick us up, then, when we returned the car, we asked to be taken to the airport. They immediately drove us, only two people in the van, dropping off the car was absolutely flawless, the best Car Rental experience I’ve ever had in my life.
