Love using Malagacar for our visits to Spain. So easy to use, cars are always good quality,Price is very reasonable. No hassle to get from airport to desk and back to airport with shuttle bus they provide. Only bit of advise for customers is if you travel to Gibraltar there is an extra cost for insurance now. So just inform Malagacar so they know. 5 stars for Malagacar though in every way

Hello I see that new cars are not for everyone, yet we pay the same price, I'm not ready to rent again with you, very very disappointed

I have been a customer of Malagacar for many years, however at present in Spain and recent car hire, was given Citroen C1 with 53,000 Klm on the clock, staying in a village in the hills above Velez Malaga and most of the Journey up is in 2nd gear. They advertise mostly new cars, com on 53,000 is hardly new. So disappointed with this.

I have been renting from MalagaCar for years and we have always been satisfied. 2 years ago, we had a breakdown and were quickly picked up to pick up another car in Malaga. However, you do lose almost a day with that. After asking for compensation, they said this was not possible. At the end of August we rented another car and this one was totally NOT cleaned. Dirty, SMALL and greasy inside. I went to complain at the counter and the clerk literally told me, ‘I can't do anything about it, I don't clean the car’. I obliged him to come and look at the car and eventually he did arrange another car. Again, this one was not really clean but less greasy inside. After leaving, it also became clear that the car had NOT been fully refuelled. I wonder if there will be compensation this time? Next time I might try renting from MalagaCar again, but it would probably be better to find another rental company. The quality has invariably deteriorated in recent years!!! Pity
