We rented a vehicle from MalagaCar for 14 days in June 2024. First of all: The Malagacar staff, the transfer from/to the airport, the handover/delivery of the vehicle was VERY GOOD as always. We have rented vehicles there several times in the past, the problem was the vehicle! We got a Nissan Micra (2670 LRM) with over 52,000 km and it was a disaster. - not clean, i.e. the windscreen and the entrances were totally dirty - the vehicle had numerous scratches and dents - there was no windscreen wiper water - we almost lost the rear number plate, we had to screw it back on - something behind the dashboard must have been loose, depending on the road conditions it rattled so loudly that you couldn't talk - vehicle was not fully fuelled when we picked it up. We will still rent from Malagarcar again, but we will take a close look at the vehicle when we pick it up.

your service and car was great. i didn't appreciate being charged $43.00 two weeks after returning car. No reason for the charge. Car was returned with full gas and on time. Tolls were paid with cash.

Totally honest and straight company that won't rip you off like others. I have been renting cars from them for over 20 years. Occasionally from other companies, where sometimes I have had bad experiences. NEVER with Malagacar.com

We tried Malagacar for the first time last week. Have used another car rental company for several years before. Everything worked perfectly from pick up by shuttle bus, take out and returned by the car. Will definitely use Malagacar next time.

We always use yourselves on our trips and always been very happy. We hired a car last week from yourselves but the car struggled to go up hills and was making a strange noise when changing gear. We reported this when we returned the car. Hopefully I can give you 5 stars next time.

I don’t understand why one cannot book if one doesn’t have a flight number. I want to rent a car even though I’m not arriving by plane, and they refuse me—it’s incomprehensible. I will have to go to a competitor, no choice.

Customer No.307336 The Fiat 500 car supplied for my holiday (from 18/6/2024) was totally unsuitable for elderly/disabled customers. It was cramped and the boot was too small for my partners crutches. The sport types seats made access/very difficult and we were unable to enjoy the time with friends as they are elderly and could not get in the back. Whilst I agree, it was within the A group, it was not the Purgeot 208 on my booking and is NOT a similar 4 door car. The customer service was bad:- I asked for the car to be changed but was told this was impossible and I was not offered to upgrade to a B or C group car and the person was indifferent to our situation/needs (i.e couldn't care less). I have been a customer for over 18yrs and this is the worst experience I have had.

I hesitated to choose Malagacar because their offer seemed too advantageous given the price, which was much lower than those of their competitors. I really don't regret my choice, everything was perfect. The vehicle was made available to me quickly (in perfect condition), as was the return. As comprehensive insurance is included in the contract, no-one examined the condition of the car on its return (in any case it had not suffered any damage...).

Best experience i ever had. Best conection pick up and drop off from and to airport with their shutlle bus. Very fast. No crowdy. Cheapest price based on very high quality services. Clean car, good car and very easy procedure to get your car and return it back. We booked the car in advance with 1 month online without pay something. We payed full pack contract with debit card and thats all. Very satisfied.
