Everything worked great! I can highly recommend them

Excellent service from booking to drop off, communication excellent, pick up efficient, car collection easy. Very slick service. First time I’ve used the service but will not delay in booking again for my next visit.

Once again Malagacar have delivered. Our golfing party of 8 booked 2 cars, which we have done for over 10 years now and they were clean and exactly what we ordered. Transfers to and from the airport were as usual efficient and quick. The only disappointment was that because our flight was over 2 hours delayed, it meant that by the time we arrived to pick up the cars the clock had ticked past 11.00pm and we were asked to pay a surcharge of 35 euros PER CAR. No fault of our own and as we were told "its in the terms and conditions, any pick up after 11pm is extra".

Very reliable rental agency, no surprises on arrival, everything is perfect, thank you.

Fast service and a good car. Only a minute from the airport. The only downside: when we picked up the car, we were told we could return it full. However, it turned out to be half empty when we picked it up. When we returned it, we mentioned this, and the guy said, "Oh, then you could have returned it half full." So, €45 wasted. We took a picture of the first day, but oh well. Money down the drain!

Regarding your comment about the fuel, we would like to clarify that our Terms and Conditions clearly state that our policy is same/same. This means that if the car is delivered with a half tank, it must be returned with a half tank, never a full tank.

We don't understand how the information could have been provided differently at the time and regret the confusion this has caused. Our internal system always records the fuel level upon delivery, precisely to prevent this kind of misunderstandings.

Filled in on homepage and asked for Malagacar to drive the car to my street and I had to call the for the confirmation mail and on that it said I had to pick up the car at the airport. I called them and they said they did not have people to come to my adress. I canceled and ordered a car with Larios rental, they could come in 2 hours.

Great service, quick processing. Highly recommended!

Perfectly organized, always a shuttle bus, fast service, great cars, no insurance hassles, never any problems with returning them either. Top-notch company, I always rent from them.

Airport shuttle pick-up with no waiting, then quick welcome and return of the car. The car was new but not very well cleaned. Upon return, quick pick-up and return in the same condition without any problems. Shuttle also quick to get to the airport. Some rental companies can take them as an example for their efficiency. Bravo for this service with a reasonable price.

3rd time I've used Malagacar.com and again an excellent service, faultless check in and out, the car was virtually new and clean / reliable, I will be using them again next year!
