I had ony booked on airport hire cars and from major companies before so it was with a little trepidation that I booked a weeks car hire with Malagacar.com. Having left the terminal I walked, aided by helpful pictures, to the bus collection point. There were many other people around and other hire company minibuses but no Malagacar minibus but according to my wife there was one there when we arrived! Within about 10 minutes one did arrive and took us on the short,5 minutes?, journey to the site that to my surprise held possibly hundreds of cars. The person who checked us in did so efficiently and with no extras sales pitch at all! Upgraded us and then showed us where the car was, gave instruction, agreed the current level of fuel and we were away. The overall time, including travel, would have been little different than on site car hire. Returning was even easier, drive into the warehouse, park up hand keys over, confirm same fuel level and into the minibus to the airport. Excellent service all round, highly reccommended and will be used again.

Rented a car 1 week a month for several years. Never had a problem with them. They are always smiling and on top of things. Great organisation.

The service was correct and friendly, although it took quite some time to get the transfer from the airport. The car I booked was a Seat Leon/ Ford Focus or equal (D). I got a Kia Ceed. With all respect, to me that is not comparable.

This is the second time I have booked with MalagaCar. As my Kia didn´t run smoothly, I was able to exchange it quickly and unbureaucratically. The employee Bilal was very obliging. Now I will book more weeks.

Really positive experience on both ends of the rental. Quick and efficient getting the car rented on arrival. My son thought he left his phone in the car after we returned it and the shuttle driver couldn’t have been more helpful, he drove him back to check and returned him to the airport. He went above and beyond to be helpful! Big thank you!

The car was fantastic, the attention of the staff both at the delivery and at the reception was correct. Waiting time for the free transfer to the airport was fine. The only negative thing is that I delivered the car with a fuller tank than I received and they refused to give me a credit note, it is difficult to calculate so accurately, but I still recommend them for the good service received.

First Class, excellent in all our 30+ bookings over many years BUT would like to request please the 'Comfort' option reinstated as basic 100km per day is not enough in lovely spain.

Have used MalagaCar many times and the service is always superb - no hassles, no hard sell, relaxed car return. Only negative is the time it takes to book in at the office. Great value, would highly recommend.

Renting a car has never been so easy as renting at Malagacar.com. I will never rent a car anywhere other than at Malagacar.com. I can highly recommend Malagacar.com

Already 7 times rented a (fantastic) car, always for a month. Already 3 times a parking fine received, in places where also park tens of (Spanish) cars ???? The reason is that the Spanish police only fines cars with stickers of the rental company. A scam.
