My family and I have been hiring a car many times a year for 15 yrs with Malaga Car, I was very disappointed to see you added a new 35 Euro snr driver surcharge when i Tried to book today. Fortunately I was able to get a booking without this surcharge and the hire rate was also cheaper,

Reseña sobre la empresa Bardón y Rufo 67 S.L. (Malagacar) Hasta cierto momento, mi experiencia con la empresa fue positiva: el proceso de alquiler del coche fue rápido, cómodo y sin complicaciones. El vehículo fue entregado a tiempo y en buen estado. Sin embargo, todo cambió cuando el coche se averió inesperadamente durante mi estancia en Sotogrande. Me puse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente, y me prometieron que en el plazo de una hora llegaría un técnico para asistirme. En la práctica, esperé durante cuatro horas bajo el sol, sin agua, sin información ni ningún tipo de ayuda. Finalmente, tuve que resolver la situación por mi cuenta: pedí ayuda a un particular, fui a una gasolinera, compré con mis propios medios cables de arranque, y así logré poner en marcha el vehículo y llegar a la ciudad. El coche de sustitución fue entregado solo al día siguiente, lo que significa que estuve casi un día completo sin transporte, perdiendo un tiempo muy valioso de mis vacaciones cortas. En conclusión, mi opinión sobre la empresa cambió drásticamente: el servicio de asistencia técnica no cumplió con su responsabilidad, y el cliente quedó completamente desatendido en una situación crítica. Quiero advertir a otros usuarios: si alquilan un coche con esta empresa esperando llegar puntualmente al aeropuerto, a una reunión importante o a un evento, piénsenlo dos veces. Con un soporte técnico así, es muy probable que se arruinen todos sus planes, vuelos o compromisos. Lamentablemente, a pesar de un buen comienzo, mi experiencia terminó siendo una gran decepción.

Review of the company Bardón y Rufo 67 S.L. (Malagacar) Up to a certain point, my impression of the company was positive: the car rental process was quick, convenient, and hassle-free. The vehicle was provided on time and in good condition. However, everything changed when the car suddenly broke down during my stay in Sotogrande. I immediately contacted the company’s support service, and they promised that a technician would arrive within an hour to provide the necessary assistance. In reality, I waited for four hours under the scorching sun, without water, without any information, and without any help. In the end, I had to solve the problem myself: I turned to a private individual, went to a gas station, bought jumper cables with my own money, and only then was I able to somehow start the car and drive to the city. The car replacement was done only the next day, meaning that I was left without transportation for nearly 24 hours, wasting precious time from my short vacation. Thus, my opinion of the company changed drastically: their technical support completely failed in their responsibilities, and the customer was left to fend for himself in a critical situation. I want to warn other renters: if you’re renting a car from this company hoping to make it to the airport, a business meeting, or an important event on time — think twice. With such support, your plans, flights, and appointments can easily fall apart. Unfortunately, despite a good start, my experience ended in deep disappointment. I received no compensation — neither financial nor moral — even though I was practically without a car for an entire day.

The previous time we hired, 2 weeks before, we had a corolla which was equally clean. The collection process literally took 2 mins with the details pre-registered.and the friendly assistant, Patricia, was very professional and helpful. The car return was equally expedient. The rental a couple of weeks earlier coincided with the national power cut, which meant we were unable to refuel because the fuel pumps at the petrol stations were out. When we got back to the car hire depot, they immediately waived the excess refueling charge, which was welcomed at the end of our stressful drive. I have several more hires booked with Malagacar for this year, and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Malagacar is a fantastic company. Wonderful staff. I have recommended them to several people and they are very happy with the rentals. And they keep on renting. With malagacar.. me also...... greetings to the whole team...

Pleasantly uncomplicated, especially the return. No problem that no petrol station was open at night.

Been renting with MALAGACAR for more than 10 years. NEVER had ANY issues of ANY kind

I have hired from you for many years quite satisfactorily but on this occasion have had a car with an awful rattle somewhere in the back & disgusting stained seats . If this is the standard you now offer I will have to go elsewhere
