I took out their insurance when I rented the car; everything was very smooth and went very well. I didn't have a credit card, only a debit card, so no deposit was charged. I recommend them.

Excellent service and best experience. Do not need prepayment and deposit, clear rent contract conditions, shuttle bus from airport waited for me, to get car and return took just few minutes. Highly recommend this company.

Prices charged are competitive. Upon arrival to collect a car the process was swift & efficient. The car was clean and handled well. Upon departure there was no delay returning the car. There was little delay waiting for the arrival & departure shuttle bus to Malaga Airport. I'm a very satisfied customer

We were given a very used car. The tyres were not fit for purpose. One of the tyres went bust. We contacted them who said they will send a tow truck. We had a flight planned 6am that morning and were promised a taxi would take us there. Guess what... no taxi turned up and we we in a great struggle to get a 5am taxi. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Futhermore checked my account they have charged me another 161 euros. No email explaining why, no nothing. And after asking a month ago for a refund for the taxi they have just ignored me. I am doing a section 75 claim via credit card.

Rented here for years but something seems to have hapened lately. The queue for the bus at the airport is long and very badly organised. Waiting time often long. Long queue also at the office. And most astonishing: Only half of the check in counters are active. Victim of their own succes?

I have booked a car in the same category many times from your company in the last two years and every time it was a good experience except the last time in September, when i got a very weak engine, poor performance, high consuption car.
