Proper customer service when a difficult situation arises, was due to fly home Monday night but flight was cancelled due to the country wide power outage: Not a problem for the staff at Malagacar.com, took us back to the office and sorted me out with another car. Excellent, friendly and professional. Keep up the good work, see you when we return to Malaga!

I just want to thank the staff at Malagacar. For the exceptional service they offered me today. I broke down on the busy AP7 after San Pedro . And within an hour I had a new car! The receptionist was polite and caring, concerned for my safety and efficient, all in her second language amazing. Thank you so much. Also a big thanks to the polite young man who brought the new car for me, he was delightful and I hope he got home alright as his only concern was to get me on my way. UK could learn a lot from a very efficient and polite customer oriented company ! Thank you Malagacar.

The office is a long way from the airport. Shuttle not easy to find. Be careful: if you get a ticket, the company will deduct 40 euros from the fine just to let you know you've been fined! Car rented quite dirty and not in good condition outside
