Excellent service and price! I had a car breakdown, they sent me a taxi, that drove me to the garage to pick up another car! l was finished in a couple of hours. I will use them again!

I went to your agency and was refused a car on the grounds that I hadn't made a reservation. As a good customer of yours, I was shocked by this commercial attitude. I would have understood this attitude during the holiday period. Your aim is to hire out vehicles in order to establish a turnover that will enable you to perpetuate Malagacar. I regret this attitude, which is forcing me to change hire companies. It's a shame, I'm one of those customers who have no fuss, no worries. And who pay without discussion. Your employee's categorical refusal is dangerous for your reputation. Tomorrow you'll have a drop in traffic and you'll go back to the old method, and you'll remember my example of losing market share. In the meantime, a competitor will have set up shop with the means to take customers away from you. Because he will have understood your shortcomings.

Excellent treatment, they gave me a superior car, for the same price, fast reception and quick delivery, then they took us to María Zambrano station, I will use their service again, they are 100% recommendable.

Hello, I'd like to take a few minutes to thank you for your fast and efficient 5-star service. We had a small problem which was quickly dealt with, and beyond our expectations. Picking up and dropping off the vehicle was easy, straightforward and reassuring. Thank you so much again!

Just perfect!!! We had a problem with a tyre and they came to our holiday-house within 1 hour to fix it. We had a empty key-card battery and they paid us the same day the costs for changing by a car dealer. And it is very good, they are 24/7 open! Our flight changed to 6 am, but that was no problem, there is always someone there. They are very friendly and very helpfull! We booked our car for the end of this year again!!

Always the best service. Example: flight was initially delayed by half a day. I reported it: an immediate reduction of 20 euros.
