Check in was a lot of hassle with self check in, was much better when there used to be a person on the counter

Quick check-in procedure and good service. Would rent again. However this time the car was not drivable, it constantly, while driving, pulled to the right, which meant constantly correcting while driving. Second the tires weren’t checked at pick up and we had to fill them with air during our stay.

Everything was so easy. Really good service!

Best price, easy to pick up and return. Online booking/registering was a simple process. We had a puncture during our rental and this was dealt with reasonably quickly.

All is super.

Points to improve: Car cleanliness and smell of cigarette inside Car key battery low which sometimes requires multiple pressing to unlock/lock the car as well as multiple attempts to start the car Some of the staff professionalism as when we collected the car we had to install the car seat for our child however the staff who got us the seat told us that he doesn’t have kids and doesn’t know how to fix it. Luckily there was another staff who politely guided us on how to install the car seat ( as they can’t do it themselves due to some local laws ) Overall the car was fairly new and In good condition The pickup and drop off of the car was fast and easy

Dear sir or Madam this time has got to of been the worst experience after more than 20 years of hiring cars from yourselves I asked for the car that was allocated to me was not acceptable you changed it to a Sandero which was dirty inside I and was badly marked on the outside I asked to speak to a manager the person who eventually came to speak to me was not very accommodating stating that this was the only other car that he could offer me I asked why he could not upgrade me to a better car he said he could not so I asked how could he accommodate me his response was that he could offer me a refund I felt really upset with that response as I would then of had no car as it was I took the Sandero which had a fault which was the windscreen washer did not work on the driver side the manager name was Miguel could you please respond back to me please

Excellent service. One small issue, returning car with same level of fuel. Prefer if you operated on basis of full tank return. This maybe due to volume of car turnarounds? Otherwise very happy customer. Regards Peter Colgan
