As always, excellent, impeccable, and ast service!

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience, despite some initial reservations. Booking and picking up the car were incredibly fast, and the vehicle itself was clean and in excellent condition. Customer service was exceptionally responsive, and the option to extend the rental was a real plus. I highly recommend this service. However, if you plan to return the car on the day of your flight, make sure to allow a little extra time for the shuttle bus.

We have been loyal customers of MalagaCar for almost 8 years, and we have always had an excellent experience. The service is consistently fast and efficient, both when collecting and returning the car. The staff are professional and helpful, and the whole process is always smooth. The transfer to and from the airport terminal took too long, from the terminal around 45 minutes and to the terminal around 30 minutes. I’m not used to a that poor service from Malagacar.com

All ok. Very well organized. The car interior was not cleaned 100% otherwise all ok

The biggest downside, in my view, is the "same-to-same" fuel policy. The final refueling is very tricky; the last time, I ended up leaving a "gift" of a quarter tank because it was a hybrid. I suggest switching to a full-to-full policy. I think it’s better for the customer, even if you lose out on the revenue from absent-minded people like me.

Very disappointed, only one minibus being used on arrival Saturday 22nd August.Had to wait 20 minutes and see multiple minibuses from other companies come and go.It was the same on the return Friday 4th September.It never used to be like and people should be made aware.
