One of the easiest car collections I've had and I have rented many cars in many places. Although a short minibus ride from terminal, this was very quick and efficient. Once at the office was in and out driving in minutes. Their full insurance offer with no excess removed all worries about credit card deposits. Brilliant. Car was perfect for our needs. Return was just as efficient. A special mention is needed as I messed up and left my phone in the car. They found it, stored it. A quick shuffle on one of their many return journeys to airport meant I was able to get back to the office, collect the phone and still be transpored quickly back to departures. The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient dealing with my mistake. Will definitely use them again and will recommend to all my friends if Malaga is the destination.

We hired a car in May 2024 pre- booked online which was so easy to do. When we got to Malagacar depot we went to the desk and within 5 mins we had the keys to the car which was virtually new and where driving away. best car hire experience I’ve ever had in Spain or anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

Very nice experience. Online booking was easy. Pick-up at the airport was fairly quick, not even a 5-minute journey. Once at the ticket office, everything was quick. Courteous, pleasant and efficient staff. We had booked a manual Audi A1 and were upgraded to an automatic with the same vehicle at no extra cost*. The person at the counter told us it was unnecessary and much easier to use Google Maps via mobile phone. 50 euros saved. The car was dropped off quickly on the return journey and we were picked up straight away by the airport shuttle. Super Full Pack rate. No hidden charges. We highly recommend Malagacar.

Can't recommend malagacar highly enough. Got the car we were told we would get (Nissan qashqai) and not some lesser speced equivalent car. Car was immaculate and the process of online booking and car collection was simple. I had the car within 5 minutes of arrival at the office. Make sure you fill in all drivers details online beforehand as that may slow the process. We dropped the car off at 3.30am to catch 6am flight and got the courtesy bus to the airport which is a two minute trip. We also booked the vip package rather than the basic package and the difference in price was minimal. Very happy with service provided and will use malagacar for my next visit.

Very good service. I had a mistake on my part, they solved it for me. Thanks to Manuel and the manager, they were very professional and friendly.

I have used this service twice in the past month. The need to take a bus to the car rental was initially a concern, however in neither occasion did I have more than a 5-10 minute wait. The pick-up and drop-off were both very efficient, no hard sells etc. Would definitely recommend.

More than 40 reservations, minimum .., for more than 12 years. Never a problem! No rip-offs with Malagacar and the same goes for my children or friends to whom I recommend this company. I rented twice elsewhere, years ago, with two different companies, and they only saw me once! I recommend MalagaCar. Philippe, Belgium

I have been hiring cars with malagacar.com for over 10 years. I have been very impressed with their service every time. Excellent transfer to their office, kind and courteous staff. No need to change to another company as I have never been let down by them. I look forward to picking up another car on Sat 25th May 2024.
