This car hire is fantastic, never any hassle, true to their word. This time service was straight away, no waiting around, give details pay and go.

We've been visiting the South of Spain for many years and have always booked our rental car at MalagaCar. The service and hire is always on point and we would definitely recommend this car hire to our friends and family. Even in stressed situations the employees of MalagaCar are friendly and helpful. On the 30th of July our credit card wasn't functioning as it should be and the crew, especially Gerardo and Ylenia, were very helpful and kind. Because of their problem solving we could start our vacation with a smile!

Very good service. Quick in the delivery and collection of the vehicle, as well as the collection from the station to the collection of the car and vice versa. The prices I think are the most competitive on the market.

We travelled as a family, 11 people, and landed in Malaga. We had booked 3 Fiat 500s for 8 days and 230€ per car. A shuttle bus took us to the Malagacar depot. And 3 smiling, efficient people took charge of us. For the price, everything was included. Multiple drivers, unlimited km, insurance... And no deposit to leave. It was a pleasant experience.

We can recommend Malagacar to everyone, honest correct prices and service. When problems arose with our car, we got another car within 20 min so we could continue the holiday as we wanted.

I rented for the first time with Malagacar recently. I was ripped off terribly by Avis the first time...the car was ok, there was a loose wire so my maps kept dropping off the screen. I had to hit it for the image to come back. But that was the cheapest car. I am renting again in October and have chosen a more expensive car. Hopefully there will be no problems...

Reservation 1557827 Normally 4.5-5.0 out of 5,0 but this time 2.0 hence average of 4.0. I never normally write reviews but having read others wanted to give a fair review. I hired car last week but the whole experience has been disappointing.. A small thing was I was told where car was but not shown or inspected. I was told as I had Zero Excess cover that it made no difference. The car was semi-clean and as I travelled down the N340 I thought it was faulty. Failing power and a clutch that is I think about to go. I soon realised that despite only 2 people it was a power thing that limited car to 40km going up hill. The next day I realised there were various dents , scrapes etc and you could tell somewhere old and some more recent. I don't use the car a lot but this experience (faulty engine, dents etc) made me concerned as to how well maintained the car is., I will balance my review by saying past experiences have been excellent with Malaga Car and I do understand that July/Aug is busiest time of the year however it would be a shame to let their previous standard slip. Hope this helps.

Waiting for 45 minutes to be picked up at the trainstation. Not even a word of appreciation when we arrived at the rental location. Car did not have enough space in the boot for 2 big suitcases. All in all disappointing.

I've been a customer for several years and everything has always gone smoothly. Good service.

First time to use Malagacar, used another company for last 20 yrs. what can I say, what a wonderful service from start to finish.Helpful, courteous, friendly, efficient from collection to drop off. Malagacar is my new company from here on
