Great first time experience. We have booked cars with other suppliers before, but we can certainly recommend Malagacar. Short wait for the shuttle-bus late at night, then very quick office run-through with the paperwork. Got a bigger car than expected, probably just a couple of months old. As we had the total coverage the return was super-efficient! Will definitely book there again!

Contract nr 102215730 We rented a Seat Ibiza, matric :7596LRR The car was NOT in a good shape. Every time we had to take a climb, the car lost a lot of power and we were taken over by trucks !! Besides the car made a very strange sound, whenever I pushed the accelerator. A real roaring sound. The car did not have the quality and the standards we were used to have from Malagacar. Excellent all round - cannot find a fault

(1549878) booking reference I am so disappointed with the car I was given this time. My whole family use MalagaCar, Paul McCarthy, Sarah McGeough, Ciara and Joseph Mackle/McCarthy. On my experience this time we will definitely consider using a different company. The car is very dated and old no electric windows in the back. The phone charger/USB doesn't work. The seats are dirty and stained! Just not acceptable after years of dealing with your company. The gentleman who dealt with me in the office was very unfriendly and quite frankly uninterested. My experiences before were definitely better but sadly not on this occasion.

Having experienced four different car hire places, Malagacar was yet another gamble! Only this time they were helpful, polite and fast for this newcomer! Brilliant, very happy to recommend your excellent service! Well done

I've been using Málagacar for 10+. Had a very disappointing hire this week. Firstly the car allocated was dirty and smelly. Second car very old and smelt of cigarettes (we are non smokers). On our return journey to the airport we were dropped off at arrivals. We were not told why, no communication from driver. It took us ages to find the departures area, as signage minimal. Arrived at departures hot and stressed. Very disappointed in Málagacar service this time.

Been renting through these guys for many years. Picked up our latest car late on Friday night. What a bag of old nails it is!! 3 years old! Scratches all over and an exhaust that is about to fall off!! Not the experience I hoped for being a loyal customer. I doubt I will use them in October when we are hoping to be back next.

Hello , We rented a car from you for the 8th time So far we have never had any complaints, except for the rental in June 2024 I have already sent several emails but without a response, which I regret The car was dirty outside and inside and there was a bad smell in the car I had to buy a freshener to neutralize the smell somewhat Now I was planning to continue renting from you because I never had any complaints and great service Can anything be done about this, because I think it's a shame that we had to drive for 15 days in a car that you could barely get into.
