I have hired cars with many companys but Malagacar.com is the best by far. Get the fullpack option, pick up you car in minutes and off you go. Upon return, hand over the keys and be on your way - easy as that. Absolutely amazing experience - thank you so much, wonderful people, great cars, great price, AMAZING SERVICE.

1st class service. The pick-up from the airport can get crowded at busy times. However, this just a sign of Malagacar’s success. I have always found the pick up and drop of service excellent. The price for a full service rental is reasonable and their customer service is excellent. No long waits on hold. The call is answered quickly and dealt with efficiently.

A 5-star car rental company. We travel to Malaga 3 times a year and switched to Malagacar a few years ago. The prices are very competitive, if not the best, the service is extremely reliable, 24 hours a day, and there is no high-pressure sales pitch at the desk to take out insurance you don't need--just quickly in and out! Our last visit was to be for 23 days. Two days after picking up our car we learned we needed to return home to the USA because of a family emergency. We returned the car with 20 days left. We received a full, prorated refund, and the gentleman checking us in volunteered to immediately drive us to the Malaga train station ( we needed to train to Madrid to get our flight home). Wonderful service!!

Of my previous car rental companies, Malagacar was the best. Easy pickup and return, vehicle (Toyota Hybrid) in very good condition. Shuttle service to the airport was immediate. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent car rental, always without problems and always transparent. No rip-offs and no tedious negotiations about insurance and still reasonably priced. If it stays that way, I'll be happy to come back again and again.
