We always use yourselves on our trips and always been very happy. We hired a car last week from yourselves but the car struggled to go up hills and was making a strange noise when changing gear. We reported this when we returned the car. Hopefully I can give you 5 stars next time.

I don’t understand why one cannot book if one doesn’t have a flight number. I want to rent a car even though I’m not arriving by plane, and they refuse me—it’s incomprehensible. I will have to go to a competitor, no choice.

Customer No.307336 The Fiat 500 car supplied for my holiday (from 18/6/2024) was totally unsuitable for elderly/disabled customers. It was cramped and the boot was too small for my partners crutches. The sport types seats made access/very difficult and we were unable to enjoy the time with friends as they are elderly and could not get in the back. Whilst I agree, it was within the A group, it was not the Purgeot 208 on my booking and is NOT a similar 4 door car. The customer service was bad:- I asked for the car to be changed but was told this was impossible and I was not offered to upgrade to a B or C group car and the person was indifferent to our situation/needs (i.e couldn't care less). I have been a customer for over 18yrs and this is the worst experience I have had.

I hesitated to choose Malagacar because their offer seemed too advantageous given the price, which was much lower than those of their competitors. I really don't regret my choice, everything was perfect. The vehicle was made available to me quickly (in perfect condition), as was the return. As comprehensive insurance is included in the contract, no-one examined the condition of the car on its return (in any case it had not suffered any damage...).

Best experience i ever had. Best conection pick up and drop off from and to airport with their shutlle bus. Very fast. No crowdy. Cheapest price based on very high quality services. Clean car, good car and very easy procedure to get your car and return it back. We booked the car in advance with 1 month online without pay something. We payed full pack contract with debit card and thats all. Very satisfied.

I have been a customer for 6 years and we come several times a year to the Costa del Sol. Always excellent service and just yesterday, Carlos treated us wonderfully when delivering the car. Best regards Ricardo, Norway

One of the easiest car collections I've had and I have rented many cars in many places. Although a short minibus ride from terminal, this was very quick and efficient. Once at the office was in and out driving in minutes. Their full insurance offer with no excess removed all worries about credit card deposits. Brilliant. Car was perfect for our needs. Return was just as efficient. A special mention is needed as I messed up and left my phone in the car. They found it, stored it. A quick shuffle on one of their many return journeys to airport meant I was able to get back to the office, collect the phone and still be transpored quickly back to departures. The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient dealing with my mistake. Will definitely use them again and will recommend to all my friends if Malaga is the destination.

We hired a car in May 2024 pre- booked online which was so easy to do. When we got to Malagacar depot we went to the desk and within 5 mins we had the keys to the car which was virtually new and where driving away. best car hire experience I’ve ever had in Spain or anywhere else. I highly recommend them.
