I have used MalagaCar Rental for around 25 rentals. always received excellent cars and excellent service at a fair price. would highly recommend this company for your rentals.

I have had the pleasure of using Malagacar for about 12 years. The cars and fast, friendly efficient service has been excellent and I have recommended the company and to all my friends and colleagues. Unfortunately, on this occasion I was less than pleased. On arrival we were picked up at the airport and taken to the depot, where we were attended to promptly. I was given the keys, pointed to the car and was on my own. I had never driven a Golf before and had a little difficulty figuring out how to start it. Then there was the issue of a hand brake - there was none! I drove to our apartment and after a bite to eat went to bed. The next morning, my wife was very upset when she noticed several scratches on the car and it was not as clean as usual. My main issue is the the fuel take was slightly less than half full when we collected it and less than a quarter full when I left it back: I expected to have had to make up the shortfall of a quarter of a tank. The pleasant person who looked at the car insisted that it was full when I collected it and charged me 75 Euro. I have no proof about any of the above and will just have to accept it. I have learned an important lesson and will check and photograph in future.

Thanks for the great service, easy to get from the airport to the office on the shuttle - same on return. We didn't fill the petrol tank fully for return and it was done for us at the Malagacar return point for the same cost as any local garage. We would recommend and use again.

Hello, we had a bad experience upon arrival on April 18, 2024—and we contacted Alberto who said he would review our case but didn’t even reply to our email. It’s rude. We’d like to speak with Claudio Amado or José Amos García Magallanes, this is a scandal and we’re not happy with the welcome we received; they spoke to us like dogs!!! i cant see after booking a car from 4-24 may my booking anyplace ? isnt that a thing to show so i see its correct on my page?

VERGONZOSO; me habeis denegado dos veces una reserva sin motivo. Os llamo y me dicen que no hay disponibilidad de coche en Abril! pero ofreceis en la Web precios y todas las categorias de coche. Es muy grave y os voy a denunciar.

A very good service in its entirety. Quick replies to my emails about my concerns and questions. Top service on arrival, a shuttle immediately available for a short journey, a ready vehicle and payment in the agency rather than online was much appreciated. An early return (4.30am) with a daytime service...rapid collection of the vehicle and a shuttle available straight away with a drop-off directly in front of the correct entrance. In short...do not hesitate.

MalagaCar has become to popular, and they have a problem handling the situation. By delivering the car back on a busy Saturday 6 o’clock morning. They were only running one small shuttle to the airport….Resulting in an enormous cue waiting to be transported to the airport. Several people maybe to late for their flight☹️ This is not good Malagacar.

After arriving at the minibus stop at Malaga airport, we were immediately transferred to the office and within five minutes we were leaving with the rental car. On our return the handover of the car was completely hassle free, within 3 minutes we were sitting in the minibus heading towards the airport. The car was spotless, clean. Perfect service. I recommend them.


Po príchode na stanovisko mikrobusu na letisku sme sa ihneď presunuli do pozičovne a do piatich minút sme odchádzali s požičanym autom. Pri návrate odovzdanie auta úplne bez problémov, do 3 minút sme sedeli v mikrobusu smer letisko.Auto bolo bez problémov, čisté. Perfektná služba. Odporúčam.
