Very dissapionted to get charged tonight 90 euros because last time we went to Gibraltar for the day They told us rules have need changed that it’s extra insurance but we didn’t know as bern using you for years :(

You are successful because you offer great deals and great value for money, your full package insurance deals are ideal for worry-free travel. After having used you for many years I would recommend you to anyone. In fact it's a pity you are not based in other cities. Don't get greedy, don't change. You have the perfect formula.

At least on 7 occasions renting from your company, never a complaint, always very pleased with your cars and service.

We had a reservation for January 1, 2024. It was a nightmare, about 100 people in line, no solution, no kids, waiting for four hours.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, I WILL HIRE AGAIN, VERY FRIENDLY.

Upon arrival we easily located the uniformed employee. We had reserved an Ibiza or similar. They gave us a dirty Corsa smelling badly inside and with the B-pillar trim completely loose. We complained and waited half an hour until they brought out an Ibiza from the wash area still wet. That car had 62,000 km on the odometer and we hope it doesn’t give us issues during the 2-month rental. Anyway, every Malagacar.com car we see around town looks new. Why do they give us such an old car?

By far the best car hire I've ever experienced. Exceptional customer service, fast and most importantly the cheapest. Really nice car too. No hassle at all, no additional fees or any kind of unpleasant surprises.

After more than 85 reservations,I would like to thank you (again) for the good service I received today (02/01/2024) I came to return a car after a 4 days renting, but I had a new reservation from 02/01 to 10/01. At this period,there was a very,very long queue waiting for a reservation. The girl at the 'return car dept' managed to extend my previous reservation instead of making the queue for register a new reservation. She was very busy with so many returning cars , but she took the time to help me. I would like you to thanks her for her good service.(sorry, I didn't ask her name) Best regards Didier Horward

Excellent service and price. Very quick transfer, easy paperwork. Also easy drop off and transfer back to the airport. I will definitely use again if I am back in Malaga. Thank you for providing one of the quickest and easiest car hire experiences I have had.
