We always hire cars from Malagacar and we have had only good experiences until the last two times. The shuttle from the airport don’t work at all. When arriving late in the night. It is totally caotic and there is no line. Last time we had to wait 30 min and had to ”fight” with other customer to get a place in the shuttlebus. You have to do something about this logistic problem otherwise you will loose customers. We are satisfied with the rest of the service.

Another year using Malagacar. They are simply the best. Excellent quality car (new). Great prices and incredibly quick pick -up and drop off service. I would never use anyone else when I fly to Malaga.

Malagacar has proven to be a very transparant and reliable rental car company. After us returning a vehicle with a damaged left window caused by a nocturnal hit and run accident during our stay in the Malaga area, we only paid for the specific damaged mirror and nothing more. Many thanks for this professional approach.

We have a double feeling about Malagacar. We received an e-mail one day before departure with a new contact place at the airport. We didn't find anyone there. With the help of a competitor we were referred to an employee of Malagacar. Transported with a new van to pick-up point. What a chaos there. After a long wait, we were spoken to by an unfriendly woman. Very quickly it was made clear to us that there was no vehicle available with GPS and also no separate GPS. The price was reduced by 50 euros. We also had two E-steps and with much reluctance these were sought and put down without explanation. Car was brand new and drove super. When returning the vehicle, again very busy and we received our money back from E step. Vehicle good, service I do not know yet.

we have been using Malagacar many times, service and car quality are eccellent. I have now booked for october and novembre 11 days each and I have noticed price almost doubled! I have also an old booking for 33 days in december at old price, the increasy is way too much! very disappointing.
