I rented a car for my daughter and two children unfortunately they arrived late at 10pm. Malagacar now have small buses that only take 12 people. She was in a queue of about 30 people. She is not ‘pushy’ and could only get on the third bus !! Was then in another queue until midnight in the office The ironic thing is I made her cancel her booking with another rental company as it had bad reviews! I have always used Malagacar but I think they have grown too big and are unable to cope with their many clients. They don’t even have time to clean the insides of cars anymore. My daughters car stunk of smoke. In future I would look for an alternative.

I am yet to use MalagaCar.com but I had an amazing experience with one of their employees at the pick up point at Malaga Airport - So s a result I've booked a car with them for my next 2 week trip and a further week in Oct. Anyway while I was waiting at Malaga Airport for my usual shuttle for my rental I asked MalagaCar.com employee if I was in the correct spot - he replied yes and to ring them to make sure they come for you- He further checked back with me 5 minutes later to check was I being collected- and this guy was busy. It was 23/6/23 at 5.30pm- This was some service and I was with a rival. He put them to shame. My experience with my rental was brutal in comparison - And by this act of kindness and wonderful customer service experience I am now a MalagaCar.com customer - Account set up - 2 booking already -I go at least 5 times a year- WELL DONE - SUPER SERVICE - Looking forward to the real deal ..

Car rented for 10 days. No problems, no hidden fees. Car almost new. I rate very well, 100%.

Professional company, perfect welcome and unbeatable prices! I rented a car for 2 weeks with the "Full pack" package and was very satisfied with it! After a week, a warning light was permanently on, and within 15 minutes I was offered a replacement car!

The easiest car hire experience I’ve ever had, from booking the car online initially, the meet at the airport was great and the actual collection of the car was unbelievably easy and the return was exactly the same, would definitely use this company again in the future.

I have just returned home after a three week holiday with one of Malagacar.com’s cars, I can honestly say that after many years visiting Spain and using various rental companies from Malaga airport this one is by far the best. The car we had was almost new, we decided to opt for the full insurance package for peace of mind and even after adding the extra cost to the rental it was still a lot cheaper than any we have used before.
We pre-booked the car online and after arriving at the airport we were picked up in their minibus for the very short drive to their premises, upon arrival the whole procedure was very quick, we were in the car within minutes, all of the staff are very polite and chatty!
Dropping the car off was much the same, we chose the full to full fuel policy and after checking that we had re-fuelled we were shown to the minibus for our return to the airport, I didn’t even see anyone checking the condition of the car.
We have had some bad experiences with certain rental companies at the airport, but just wish we had know about these guys years ago. I do know that I will be using them in the future and look forward to our next holiday without the headache of wondering if we will be ripped off. Definitely a five star company!!!

Used this company 5 times a years for several years, always good service, cars pretty good and fair price. I would highly recommend compared with other car hire in this area

Our car broke down in the evening and needed to be towed. Malagacar told us that they will send us a taxi to bring us home and one on the next morning to drive the 80km to the airport to pick up a new car. Bad enough, as this would have cost us half a day. In the morning (after two hours trying to reach them), they told us that we have only one taxi ride and that we would have to pay for the ride to the airport ourselves. The cars are not the newest, ok, but when they brake down, Malagacar let’s you hang in the dry. Very disappointing.

I turned Ip to collect a car having booked through your company at least 20 times if not more over the years only to be told by rude staff that my booking was not confirmed although I had confirmation by email, only a few weeks before my wife hired a car and the clutch went but no replacement was given. I have now moved my business to next door at Niza cars who were excellent as you left me stranded. I will never use or recommend your company again You should be ashamed of the way your staff treat and speak to people.
