I have hired cars many times from Malagacar.com but my latest booking could well be my last time. The unparalleled chaos at Malaga airport waiting for the coach to take me to the office was so dire and so chaotic, it was farcical. There was no organisation at the airport therefore a total “free for all”, although there was a company representative at the airport, there didn’t seem to be any communication between the driver the office and him. Total shambles and standing in the midday sun for 40 minutes was not enjoyable. Then when we eventually get to the office yet another queue, at least they are a little more efficient there and we only waited about 20 minutes before I was shown the car and we were off. I’m sorry Mr malagacar.com you have probably lost my business. If you need someone to re-organise the terrible experience that so many people are having, then please contact me directly. You certainly will be needing a large flow of new unsuspecting customers because your old loyal customers will be leaving you in droves, if nothing changes.

I was charged €75 for road assistance I have never used and malagacar refuses to admit the mistake. I’m a regular customer since many years but never again!

Since years we trust malagacar and we know why.

I was charged €75 for road assistance in Torremolinos although I have never been there in my whole life. Malagacar refuse to credit my acc so I will never use this company again. NUNCA.

I have sent my complains about my experience two time since 3/July with no responds from your end. 1.the manager has used my need of the car since I was tired when reach Malaga. He gave me the same price for 60 days and 56 days he claims it was his mistake and can’t fix it. The 60 days was 2928 and he gave me the same price for 56 days. 2. I have received an hit car from rear right side with not mentioning in the contract 3. The manager mad me wait for him 45 minutes with no results of the mistake. The way he treated me was unacceptable. Kindly , I need to approach the costumer care on your office. Regard

Low-end vehicle neither GPS nor reversing camera. At our request, we were provided with a removable GPS that cannot be connected to the vehicle screen! Without staff assistance. This device has a tiny screen and was charged €30 to us even though we couldn't use it! Refusal of refund on return of the car! Staff response: "send an email" No response for 3 weeks... It's not serious. The rest was ok

I rented a car for my daughter and two children unfortunately they arrived late at 10pm. Malagacar now have small buses that only take 12 people. She was in a queue of about 30 people. She is not ‘pushy’ and could only get on the third bus !! Was then in another queue until midnight in the office The ironic thing is I made her cancel her booking with another rental company as it had bad reviews! I have always used Malagacar but I think they have grown too big and are unable to cope with their many clients. They don’t even have time to clean the insides of cars anymore. My daughters car stunk of smoke. In future I would look for an alternative.

I am yet to use MalagaCar.com but I had an amazing experience with one of their employees at the pick up point at Malaga Airport - So s a result I've booked a car with them for my next 2 week trip and a further week in Oct. Anyway while I was waiting at Malaga Airport for my usual shuttle for my rental I asked MalagaCar.com employee if I was in the correct spot - he replied yes and to ring them to make sure they come for you- He further checked back with me 5 minutes later to check was I being collected- and this guy was busy. It was 23/6/23 at 5.30pm- This was some service and I was with a rival. He put them to shame. My experience with my rental was brutal in comparison - And by this act of kindness and wonderful customer service experience I am now a MalagaCar.com customer - Account set up - 2 booking already -I go at least 5 times a year- WELL DONE - SUPER SERVICE - Looking forward to the real deal ..

Excellent service yet again. We’ve been using Malagarcar for over 20 years. Cars are superb and service second to none.
