We are very satisfied with the service. An agent was waiting for us with the sign "malagacar" to guide us. 3 min walk to the shuttle bus. No congestion or suggestion for another insurance on the spot (and this is very rare). Vehicle in perfect condition. Ps: The price suggests a scam somewhere but that is not the case at all. I highly recommend them given the services and prices charged.

1st time with Malagacar. Good service. Car was ok, just would be nice if the model was the one i have chosen during booking. With full pack option no problems and no stress. Fast transfer from/to the airport. We do recomend this car rental.

We rented a vehicle from June 25 to 29 and they handed us the car with dirty windows. But inside we found a child’s car seat, a blue mask, and a ball of tin foil. I filed a complaint via email on the 29th and as of today, July 6, they still haven’t replied ????

We were satisfied with the rented vehicle. The rental process went smoothly. The return of the vehicle, on the other hand, was completely chaotic. The vehicle key was snatched from me and the vehicle checked. A return receipt or final invoice was denied. The transfer bus to the airport was waiting impatiently, and the driver was putting a lot of pressure on. We did not receive a final invoice by email even after 4 weeks, although this was promised.

The best car rental company! We have rented a car 27 times so far and never had any problems! The clutch was defective once, but we were able to exchange the car for another one immediately. Above all, no pressure to take out additional insurance on collection as with many other providers. Not every scratch on delivery causes problems! Quick check-in, very quick drop-off. Transport service from/to the airport at regular short intervals, which is only 300m away. All in all, a perfect all-round service for more than 15 years!*****

Rented from Malagacar for the second time! Pick up from airport, hassle-free vehicle pick up & handoff, clear communication, flexible times - 24/7 service, kind and helpful staff! Probably one of the best out there. Thanks again guys! Pantea

This is the first time I have rented a vehicle from Malagacar. I am very satisfied with my choice, especially the value for money. I would go back to Malaga in 2022 and rent again from Malagacar without hesitation.

hello, we hired a car last week and now when we're back at home i see that you made a charge of 17€ ???? on my credit card.we received the car with full pack and the range of km was411 km with starting km 22.588km.when i bring back the car the range was 499km with 23.271 km. i think that is not correct from Malaga cars.
