I must admit that I was cautious about renting a car through MalagaCar but I could not have been more wrong. The pick up from the airport was efficient and we quickly were given the car. Taking the comprehensive insurance is an obvious choice and is reasonably priced. The car was in good condition. Returning the car was very easy as was the return bus trip to the airport. I would certainly use them again. I should also say that compared to the traditional car hire companies, the cost was very competitive. All in all a very good experience.

I have used malaga car for 16 years found the staff very polite and helpfull i now always pay for full insurance for peace of mind Today the car had a problem with a flat tyre so i fitted the spare which was also flat, phone and messaging malaga car took 2.5 hours.they sent a truck to pick up the car and a taxi for me, although i had to pay for the Taxi myself. the truck driver wanted to blow up the narrow spare and and forget about the main punctured wheel and suggested that would be good enough for the next five weeks of my holiday, they eventually after heavy discussion exchanged the car. why malaga car have become so un helpful to such a loyal customer is concerning.

Thoroughly recommend. Efficient company with helpful staff. Short trip in the courtesy bus to the office where we were quickly sorted with a car - free upgrade to Cupra Formentor. Clean, well maintained car. Easy and speedy return of the car and transfer back to the airport. Top marks!

Despite an involuntary late arrival (Vueling strike), a very good welcome. A new vehicle (11 kms) made available and upgraded. A quick pick up and drop off. The competitors should be inspired by these efficient services, everything is perfect.

Been with them for over 3 years and rate it as a 5 star service reliable and trustworthy. Had a slight problem with the car although not their fault and they changed the vehicle within 2 to 3 minutes and we were back on the road so we’ll done, very impressed and thanks to your member of staff who sorted it.

Very disappointing 5 seater car. My Seat IB ZA (letter is missing) is from the 1900’s and does not even have parking sensors. I have rented several cars from Malagacar and did not have any problems in the past. Next time I will use an alternative.

I have been renting there for many years. The best prices in town. Great service-the pick-up at the office-the return transport to the airport. Everything perfect. The vehicles are always well maintained. I've often had an upgrade. I'll be back in 4 days. Best regards Lothar Huth
