Centre Pompidou Malaga
The Centre Pompidou Malaga is located next to the beautiful Muelle Uno (Pier One), just steps from the city’s historic centre. The museum boasts an absolutely privileged location, with stunning views of the bay and the Alcazaba fortress.
The Centre Pompidou Malaga is housed in the building known as El Cubo (The Cube). Its 1,800 square meters contain dozens of selected works from the Centre Pompidou collection, spanning the 20th and 21st centuries. It also hosts two to three temporary thematic or monographic exhibitions each year, covering topics such as photography, design, architecture and video.
The Centre Pompidou Malaga offers space rental for private events. These events can include weddings, birthdays, or more corporate events such as product launches and company dinners.
The service can be optionally combined with catering, access to the collections or guided tours for guests.

Museum Carmen Thyssen Malaga
The Carmen Thyssen Museum in Malaga is located in the heart of the city’s historic centre, specifically in the renovated and expanded 15th-century Villalón Palace. With a beautiful central courtyard, this two-story museum houses 19th-century Andalusian art.
It is one of the best-equipped museums in Malaga for hosting private or corporate events in an unparalleled setting. Those interested can choose from several rooms of varying sizes for hosting events of different kinds, which we detail below.
- Auditorium: A space for 80 people for events, conferences, concert series, film screenings, etc. It features the latest audiovisual equipment and technology: HD image and video projector, CD, DVD, Blu-ray, MP3, and MPEG disc players, stand-up and wireless microphones, simultaneous translation, and Wi-Fi, among others.
- Courtyard: The central courtyard, with its arcaded galleries and columns, can accommodate up to 150 people. This space is ideal for enjoying cocktails or dinner.
- Sala Noble: Beautiful room with coffered ceilings for up to 40 people, for presentations, a meeting or VIP cocktail.
- Sala de Patronato: A more intimate room with a maximum capacity of 14 people.
- Terrace: The museum also has a terrace that is ideal for summer cocktails for up to 30 people.

Automobile and Fashion Museum
The Automobile and Fashion Museum is located a little further from the centre of Malaga, just a few metres from the sea and the promenade. It is housed in a historic and equally emblematic building, the former Royal Tobacco Factory, known as “Tabacalera,” dating from the early 20th century.
Another part of the pavilions is dedicated to cultural events.
This 6,000m² museum is dedicated to the evolution of design and technology in the automotive and fashion worlds. It also regularly hosts theatrical tours.
This spacious and airy venue offers ample space for events such as fashion shows, gala dinners, and large-scale gatherings.
It is also a beautiful space for weddings, anniversaries, social events, and other private celebrations.
The Museum has a wedding planner who shows interested parties the different spaces and options they offer for wedding celebrations, – including catering – with magnificent lighting and an atmosphere that is both glamorous and vintage.

Glass and Crystal Museum
The Malaga Glass and Crystal Museum is tucked away in the winding streets of Malaga’s old town. It’s housed in a meticulously restored 18th-century mansion.
There, you can discover this private collection, which showcases the history of glass through some 3,000 pieces from various eras. The mansion is also tastefully decorated with period furniture and objects. The museum has a rather intimate atmosphere, unlike the more imposing spaces found elsewhere in the city.
In the salons of this beautiful house-museum, you can celebrate your event or host a dinner party, for example, surrounded by a beautifully decorated space. The museum offers the possibility of using its own tableware, cutlery, and glassware.

Wine Museum
In case you didn’t know, Malaga also has its own wine museum. This is hardly surprising, as the Malaga region has been famous for centuries for its Moscatel wine and other wines with the Malaga Designation of Origin.
The Malaga Wine Museum is located in the 18th-century Biedmas Palace in the city’s old town. Spread over two floors are several themed exhibition and interpretation rooms, as well as a tasting room, a training classroom and a shop.
This could be an ideal space for wine lovers, gourmet events, and of course, birthdays, weddings, or corporate events.

Museum Revello de Toro
The Revello de Toro Museum is located in a small square a few metres from Malaga Cathedral, Larios Street, Paseo del Parque and Muelle Uno, that is, a prime location in the city centre.
This art museum is located in the 17th-century house and workshop of Pedro de Mena. The museum space is dedicated to the renowned portraitist and figurative painter from Malaga, Félix Revello de Toro, and features over 140 works across eight rooms.
It’s a more intimate space for hosting events in the heart of the city’s historic centre, with a focus on Malaga’s culture.
The museum allows for private events that can include a cold cocktail reception and a guided tour led by the director.

La Concepcion Historic Botanical Garden
And last but not least, we also include the beautiful La Concepcion Historical Botanical Garden on the outskirts of the city. Although not a museum in the strictest sense, this 23-hectare estate boasts a lush and exquisite historic garden created by the Marquesses of Casa Loring.
We highly recommend visiting it any time of year, as it is one of the most beautiful subtropical gardens in Spain.
Both the halls of the Palace House and its beautiful gardens are available for rent for celebrations and events of all kinds, especially weddings.
