Today we present one of the star products of Malaga’s gastronomy, the Tomato Huevo de Toro.
As many may know, Malaga’s fertile soils, combined with the mild climate, offer an incredible variety of fruit and vegetables all year round. Combined with fish and seafood, Malaga has the best of Mediterranean cuisine.
One of the star delicacies, which is only available in season, is the so-called Huevo de Toro tomato. It is produced in the Guadalhorce Valley, also called “the orchard of Malaga”, a few kilometres from Malaga.
