Route of Monachil

Of average difficulty and with a length of nearly 10 km, this tour offers an unsurpassed natural beauty in Granada. We start in Monachil and walk along a path that goes parallel to the river. Along the way, we cross a suspension bridge, tunnels, and other difficult terrain making the journey a fun activity. Once at the top, we can see much of the Vega of Granada and take a break before returning and descending along the same path to get to the starting point.

Route of Alpujarra and Lanjaron

This area of Granada corresponds to one of the most beautiful areas of Spain and is located south of the province of Granada. In Lanjaron, where we start, we can visit the thermal baths and the water bottling factory.

For this route that runs through the Sierra Nevada National Park and reaches the shelter Elorrieta located at 3187 meters altitude, we start at Hoya de la Mora where we leave the car. This route has a length of 16 kilometres that can be done in 6 hours and can be performed with or without snow while bearing in mind that we must go prepared for the occasion with the necessary equipment.

Route of the Villages of Poqueira

This route is suitable for the whole family, although if we are accompanied by children, these should be used to walking. An interesting tour which shows part of the Alpujarra and villages that still have that beautiful Moorish architecture and the essence of its history: Pampaneira, Bubion and Capileira.

The route starts in Pampaneira and following the old road which formerly communicated with the village of Bubion, we start the journey to the river Chiscar after crossing Capileira. A perfect outing for all ages and which takes us about 4 hours to complete, with a length of about 7 kilometres. It can be done all year, but we recommend spring and fall.
